Great location. Staff were really helpful and friendly. Superb breakfast and a great price.
One of the extra beds a bit uncomfortable and basement room smelt a little of damp although very clean.

There was a couple of steps from the room into the bathroom/ toilet which not ideal for elderly in the middle of the night

The location is fantastic. Check in is easy and leaving baggage feels safe. Staff are lovely and the surrounding street etc feels safe when walking back in the evening.
The rooms are a real lottery. We stayed in June and got a lovely airy room with a window, clean white walls and a large very comfy double bed. The room felt luxurious and so worth the money. This time we stayed we got a basement room. It was painted bright pink which was garish and it had a sky light which we could not have open so relied on a fan all day and night and no natural light. The tube could be heard really loudly every few minutes. The bed was small and uncomfortable. The room felt like a teenagers bedroom. We went home exhausted after what should have been a break from work/parenting life. We wouldn’t have stayed again if this was our first stay. We have booked again for November purely based on location ease and feeling safe but if we are assigned a basement room we will ask to move and not book again.
