Minus: toilet reservoir was leaking when we entered the room. Plus: Hotel staff fixed it and mopped up the water promptly. Minus: No free breakfast. Minus: Rough-looking wallboard enclosure of in room hot tub.

Do NOT stay here. Rooms are not cleaned properly and bad smells, bedding was dirty, the mattress had huge stains, probably blood and other stuff. The shower curtain also had brown substance stains. According to the front desk, we were given the best room of the hotel. Absolutely disgusting. Roaches on premises, probably mice and rats too.

I’m not happy because I enter room then see dirty on sheets on bed and bathroom still smell bit awful and dirty. I don’t come here again. I hope this will be better improve more nice etcs.

Not clean, bugs were spotted and shower didn’t function properly. I had a conference next day and limited options but wouldn’t stay here again.

Main entry doors do not close properly. We changed rooms twice because of this. Other guests were experiencing the same issue. Rooms are dirty. Shoddy repair work done on the rooms. Dim lighting in restroom. Mattresses were stained. Cigarette burns on pillow cases. Floors are filthy.

Older property that seems to have had some recent renovations to rooms, not necessarily modern, but renewed. Newer floors, paint and moulding, seals around the bathroom edges, tub and toilet. Basic, but useful and clean amenities like microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer and plenty of lighting and outlets and Samsung, possibly 45 " TV bright a deep colors, not the usual faire in 2 star hotels IMO, so minor but nice surprise. Clean towels and linens. Wall AC unit worked well in cooling room on a hot day. A very short ride or walk away from the Metrolink/Amtrak station and short ride to main attractions in downtown, though not exactly walking distance. Desk people were friendly and helpful. Overall a nice place for a night or 2 in town, no big frills, clean and comfortable. Good value for the price.

The access to the downtown area was very convenient, and although we needed to drive every day, the road was straightforward to the downtown. The utility system was noisy. I heard loud noises several times during the stay. The wifi was weak, and the wifi weakness might be a temporary issue. Considering the price

The women at the front desk were very friendly and quick which I appreciated. The room itself was okay, the bed cover had holes and smelled weird, the blanket was stiff and old. The shower was fine and everything worked okay. However, not the best area and there were lots of sketchy people walking around the property. This one lady who just walked around all day was circling my car repeatedly at night but I had my boyfriend with me so I felt safe. Woke up at 3 am to some strange looking guy knocking on our door twice, he also knocked on our neighbors but no one else’s door. Very strange and uncomfortable but that’s the area so be careful. Didn’t feel safe in this hotel but the room itself was fine.
