When the heater kicked on, it sounded like a train was going through the room. The fridge in the room was also very noisy. No bath mat - slipped in the wet floor. No soap at the bathroom sink. Key did not work 2 of the 3 nights - had to go back to the desk from end of the third floor hall to get key reset.

The person at the front desk was rather unprofessional. The hotel did not have a copy of my paid receipt and wanted to charge me again for the room! I also sent a request several days prior about having a room on a higher floor that was away from the elevator. I was put in a room on the 1st floor! I complained about it and it was then changed to the 3rd floor.

The rooms were good size and the front lobby was a great place to relax. No breakfast though? Also, the bottom of the bathtub had some weird brown stains/marks on it.

Room was musty smelling. While check-out is at 11:00, cleaning staff was knocking at my door at 8 a.m. - well in advance of check-out time. I was still asleep.

It is located close to the airport which is what we needed. It was close to restaurants and shopping areas as well. Our room was decent but the bathroom smelled like cigarette smoke. The front desk staff was courteous and friendly. Overall a pretty good stay.

We booked a stay at Candlewood Suites and day of our stay, they called and told us we got bumped to Holiday Inn Express. When we got to Holiday Inn (we checked in at 3 AM) they couldn’t find our reservation.

Having a full size refrigerator, countertop stove and dishwasher with dishes was wonderful for a longer stay. We also liked the automatic thermostat that detected when we were out of the room and when we were back. We were disappointed that there was no hot water, only one washcloth but 3 hand towels and 3 bath towels, we did not have hand soap in the bathroom until we asked for it, there was no sink plug in the bathroom sink, or an extra roll of toilet paper. Thankfully we didn't run out but it wasn't a full roll to begin with. To us these are items that should be standard at any hotel.

3 different rooms in 4 days. From very filthy, shower and dishwasher not working to mouse feces in the bed! Then one of the staff was upset with me because of the rooms changes. “I’m not moving you again”, was stated by her. Cindy or Chris was the name.

My reservation indicated check out at 12 noon. Housekeeping pounded on door a few minutes before 11 and front desk pounding at 11:03 telling me checkout was at 11 am. Literally pushed out. When at car I checked reservation that clearly indicated 12 and went back in to point out to front desk and she said was sorry it’s usually 11!

There was an empty can behind the nightstand. It was quite visible. Bathroom appeared dirty in corners. Every time we wanted fresh towels we had to bring dirty towels to desk. Employees were wonderful and very helpful. We understand they were following instructions.

The place in general was good. I was disspointed that there a coffee maker in the room, but no coffee or even cups. Which seemed like there would be as well as some dishes or pots/pans. There was dish soap to be able to wash, but nothing to wash. So that made it disappointing. We would only really have liked/needed the coffee feature.

My room was dirty and had a vapor pen in it sheets reused just bare minimum service. She change my room still dirty and crud under he bed carpet not vacuumed. Would not want to stay here again.

The hotel is fine overall but the mattress covers were not cleaned. There is obvious shortage of staff as I saw the same person in two consecutive shifts and the third shift was one shift away... although the staff was great and very kind and sweet. I have been in enough hotels to know which ones treat their staff well and pays them enough, and I don't think this hotel is one of them.

I've seen a roach in my room, Toilet was not all the way clean Lost my sunglasses on the shuttle I was the only one on it they said that they Couldn't find it BS five minutes later

Only downfall was the ice maker in the freezer wasn’t working on our refrigerator and there wasn’t an ice machine. The front desk had a little bit of ice for us, however. Other than that everything was great!

The hotel was great. Some suggestions. The back side of the property was quite dark in the parking lot. Might be some renovation going on. There was no coffee supplies in the room. Lastly, due to shortages, there were no bars of soap in the entire hotel. We used dish soap instead which worked out fine.
