Room was very clean!! Bathroom was very clean. Bed was uncomfortable. Hard. Comforter was old, barely covered by sheets. Pillows uncomfortable. Very plain room.

It’s a beautiful property, clean, and well kept. We had a room facing the road and it was pretty noisy, the windows are not up to it. Also, the breakfast provided is really not great.

I really enjoyed the property and my stay at Ayres Hotel and Spa. I was in the building to the right as soon as you go in to the parking lot. It had the cutest little courtyard with a fire pit, and I was bummed I didn't have a chance to sit out there with a glass of wine. They have a great little hotel bar with great food, and the bartender was SUPER nice. I spent most of the Superbowl with her, and she was so friendly and tentative. The front office staff was also very nice, and everything was clean and it smelled nice. My room was spacious and quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. Room service also came with just a 2 night stay, and that is not something I'm used to after Covid. The breakfast was pretty average for your big chain hotels, but they did have fresh baked cookies out every night which was really nice. Close to some good places to eat, and I would certainly come back without a doubt!

Nice hotel but would be nice to know that pool is shared with nextdoor location. Also we had our kids and once we pulled out the sofa bed, there was no room to move around in the room. Also only one blanket for them, no extra pillows.

The Ayer’s Hotels are very dated, the rooms are laid out very awkwardly, old carpeting; they are stingy with room amenities. I felt as if I was in a bad, 1940’s black & white movie.

The staff was great. I sent feedback the first day that one of the TVs wasn't working and they sent up someone to fix it. Unfortunately, it stopped working again but there was a TV in the bedroom so it worked out okay. Great value. My family has stayed here 3 times and it has been great!

Very nice place to rest while here. Very clean . Staff all very friendly helpful. Amenities are lovely. Thoughtful. From breakfast to pool areas lounges. Rooms are very comfortable. Usually I like embassy suites. I like the atrium living plants water sound with that old hacienda resort feel. Makes any trip even business feel more relaxed the extra room gives a mental physical emotional break from work or separation to add real rest. Only thing I’d add is coffee or adding room service. Putting out Me ues snall as they do helps facilitate a customers desire for it. I normally drink coffee. Ordering a carafe of coffee in morning slightly better in quality to rooms and sour dough bread became ritual when last out for wirk at embassy it became routine in morning and added exponentially to my bill. Imagine if that happened to me even aware it could to many guests. This boosting hotels revenues months annually. People are very open to suggestion. But I find this hotel very compatible. In future add more tree around building. Something wanting seeing a building even if new so exposed with cameras everywhere it started to feel as a paid clean nice governed jail just a psychological noticing. Uou wants guest to utterly relax and spend more. They do this when you can name them feel they are utterly at home no matter what brought them here. As a guest this is very comfortable closest to embassy. Feels like home away from home. Guest/one who worked in hotels. Hope feed back helps.

I have to say that this is a very upscale hotel (way off the beaten path and quite hidden even tucked away from the I-5 North freeway in Orange County CA. quiet surroundings). I was greeted by a very nice guy named "Cody" he was pleasant, professional, informative, and helpful. Gave me a sense of enjoyment from the very start of my overnight "last of the 60's birthday celebration" The room was spacious and clean. Glad that it has a fridge and a microwave. Parking was free and plentiful. I went out to have dinner and asked him for a local/nearby Mexican restaurant and a gentleman that he was assisting at the time at the desk gave me a recommendation of one - it turned out to be very good. The full breakfast was good the next morning (NOT continental at all). I would absolutely stay there again.

I have family in the area so whenever I visit them, I try to stay at Ayres Hotel & Spa or Ayres Suites in Mission Viejo whenever they have availability. The rooms are very clean and very spacious. I love the restaurant where I can eat breakfast in the morning and have cocktails at night. The staff are always so friendly, helpful and courteous. This is a highly recommended property.

I am disappointed. I was expecting to get a nicer room with a better view. Even though we were there to check in on time we got a room that was located in the worse area of the hotel. It was on the last room in the first floor right in front of the public restroom and door to exit to the parking lot. Our view from the room and living room was the parking lot & strangers walking. The door for the restroom in our room was hard to open and close without having you hit yourself every time you were there. My expectations were high and I was very disappointed.
