The staff was kind and friendly , upon arrival check-in was an easy process . All questions and concerns were politely answered . Room service comes by on a daily basis for whatever needs you may have . Overall it was a simple yet great place to stay and conveniently located next to many restaurants , supermarkets , bars etc . 6 minute drive to the airport .

I really enjoyed my stay here. The room was very clean & comfortable, and all the staff I met were friendly & welcoming. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice and more than enough food.
The location is also really convenient, especially if you’re travelling to or from the airport. There are buses nearby and Barajas Metro station is within easy reach, making it straightforward to get into central Madrid too. I’d happily stay here again.
