Relaxing and easy to traverse! Didn't need much help but whenever we did the staff was sweet and accommodating. Thank you for a cozy, happy weekend. :)

A beautiful space and if the amenities were working, a great spot to relax and enjoy. We spent the extra money for the amenities (hot tubs, outdoor swimming pool, fireplace in the suite) and unfortunately the pool was closed for the weekend, one of the hot tubs was drained, and our fireplace didn't work and no one tried to fix it after we told the staff it wasn't working. Parking was a challenge for a truck and although they were hosting a local event, the staff knew very little about it.

Close to venue. I did not like there were no restaurants open at the resort, they did not allow late check out, tv changes channels constantly by itself, electric kept blinking and rooms were noisy in the middle of the night from a party.

The front desk never answers the phone. There was no heating control. The check in was 5:00 pretty late and there was no room to spare for check out time at 11:00. . However, it was very convenient for our ski vacation since the hotel was right at the resort.

The hotel looks great from the outside and the front desk service is very good. Our disappointment was the room it self. Carpets stained and dirty Shower curtain stained and dirty Small dinning table surface was completely chipped off along one side. Room 432. For almost $300 a night your getting ripped off. Again the service and amenities were good but the room was far from good.

Loved the spacious room. Great for families traveling. The pool and hot tub was open until 11 pm that was a plus. I wish the restaurants stayed open later. Overall definitely would come back again.

I was pleasantly surprised with the size of our room. The layout was very nice. It was very clean and comfortable. The view was beautiful.

The tv in the room had technical issues they could not resolve.

The staff were exceedingly accommodating and the room was spacious but there was some hair and other debris in the bathtub. I also would have loved a place to eat a sit down breakfast. The store sold breakfast food but nothing too substantial.

I'd never want to go back. The cleaning ladies were actually smoking on the balcony as they cleaned. No rules were enforced. We could hear doors slamming all night long. Coffee was terrible.

My family of 4 stayed for the weekend. My husband enjoyed the bike park while the kids enjoyed the waterpark. The check-in was convenient, staff were nice and accomodating. The pool area is clean and well kept.

The idea of paying $40 to get to the room 2 hours before check in is ridiculous in the middle of nowhere in empty hotel. The google.said the water park is open and the stuff was unaware of this huge misinformation as they said it's fault of google and not theirs, I said you email google.l and they will gladly correct it they looked at me with deer in the lights stare. We booked 3 days there solely based on google as most of people do, who goes to anybody's website we booked it through expedia. What was bad is that no apologies were in place nor any kind of consideration for other guests in future. We booked 4 guests room but we got 1 king comforter and 1 throw and 1 weigh blanket so we weren't comfy as we should. The burger place outside has good german beer but my turkey burger was super salty and other burger we ordered was dry, thin and burned. On the positive note pool is open to 11pm so that's awesome, area is beautiful and parking is quite comfy underground with lift from main building. Zipline was awesome attraction, views are breathtaking and I might come back despite having balcony/view on mountains but with the parking and highway as well.

The staff was wonderful and attentive. Only two issues, our air conditioning didn’t work the first night, but was fixed the following day once we reported it. And second, it would be great to have a restaurant onsite. Otherwise, we totally enjoyed our stay.

The place was very unsafe because notbody asked about who was coming in or out . We left the resort before time due to that because I want my kid to be in a safe place and this was not safe at all

We checked out from this hotel less than 1 hour after we checked in. This hotel doesn’t worth money which we paid. Swimming pool and hot tub were closed. Room on first floor with Mountain View was a small with terrible smell and unattractive view. The management is so poor. Next day I received an automatic message how it is great to have me with them. Unbelievable!

Extremely poor, no place to eat, no transportation , no taxi, no Uber, limo service was horrible , wait 50 min, prices out this world, hotel condition / room service doesn’t exist

Property/rooms definitely need updating. Furniture old, overall resort is a bit shabby. Vending machines were out of order, convenience store in lobby was closed. Paid $400 for a private lesson and still had to buy a lift ticket. Ridiculous. Staff were all very nice.

Extremely satisfied! I would give 20/10 . We were able to check- in a bit earlier , thank you to the front desk lady . She was the sweetest. Great accommodation , very clean , with a view of the mountain . Right in front of the main sloops. We loved our stay . Recommend to everyone .

Our room was spotless and the staff were super-helpful.

Running late for wedding ceremony, front desk drove us to right entrance of the beautiful lodge banquet hall. The rooms were all plus plus but expensive but all hav fireplace stove fridg microwave

It was all great!!!

The glasses and silverware had to be washed before we used them, otherwise the room and everything else was clean. We were disappointed that for the price we paid, there was no included breakfast or anywhere to have a drink or dinner either. We had to buy overpriced prepackaged food from the store in the lobby. When we arrived, they hadn't made our keys yet and the system went down so the girl behind the counter had to let us in the garage and into our room and bring the key up later. She was very helpful and professional so this wasn't a huge inconvenience, just a little disappointing considering what we paid for 2 nights. Also, a later checkout time would have been nice given it was a race weekend and we would have liked to shower before heading home. Otherwise a lovely room and view but will probably look for somewhere else in the future.

Room was clean and much nicer than other places I've stayed. Assorted pillows of different firmness were nice.

The room did not have a Mountain View or balcony that was expected. The fireplace didn’t work, and the champagne that was requested never arrived. The hotel then over charged my credit card, and after two weeks I’m still trying to get it resolved. I would definitely avoid this hotel!
