No fitted sheets for pull out bed- only top sheet provided!? 3 guests, 4 towels; Pool towels would have been a nice amenity in the room. It didn't occur to me to bring my own from own.
Also, lobby coffee area opened ~ 20 minutes late Sunday morning. While things happen with staff, the women running around to open could have been more friendly to those waiting.

Check-in was interesting, it took a while to get the code I was worried we wouldn’t have a room when we arrived. No one would answer our calls or return phone calls. But when we got there it all worked out we got the code an hour before we arrived. The resort is beautiful. We had a great time on the mountain coaster and sky lift. Lunch was amazing and the staff were great. It was a great experience and we cannot wait to go back.
