The layout of this hotel was very relaxing overlooking the Marina. The room was spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was made to order and excellent. The coffee excellent. We didn’t have time for the spa but hope to return and have more time there.

I enjoy my stay and I may return in the future . I didn't gave five stars because there room for improvement like adding outlets near the bed to charge the phones.

Excellent hotel, amazing service and great view and very quiet and peaceful if that’s what you’re looking for. Abigail, one of the front desk rep, was very helpful, friendly and kind. Also, breakfast here is amazing. 😍😍

We arrived at night and the room they assigned was humid and therefore smelly. They changed us to a smaller room but the smell was more pleasant. After dinner at one of the lovely restaurants -which by the way have a fantastic female bartender-, we requested a corkscrew, since there was none available in the room and we are still waiting for it -even when we approved an in-room corkage fee of US$10- our grand reserve Malbec is still uncorked. The next day we scheduled a massage at the spa, no robes, no slippers no hangers or lockers and one sided massages for 30 mins. No shower available afterwards. Great facilities, level of service should improve.
