When booking we were unable to choose the actual unit that we would be staying in. We essentially had to trust that we would be given a unit that was properly furnished with functioning appliances. When we arrived the unit was furnished with outdated furniture with the kitchen chairs badly needing replacement (you could feel the frame beneath the cushions). The water pressure/shower was limited for washing hair. The stove was near impossible to set the temperature and the dishwasher actually made dishes dirtier and harder to clean. To the point that we washed all our dishes by hand. The organization responsible for renting the units, needs to have a higher standard for their property owners wishing to rent out their units. We are very unlikely to use this service in the future given that there is no way of knowing what unit you will be assigned. There was also no formal greeting package in the unit to help us determine who we should speak to in order to address these issues, where to get more toilet paper, where to put recycling and garbage, etc. The skiing was great and the location is fabulous. We will come back to Mont Saint Anne, but won't use the Hebergement.

The studio condo was the perfect size for my husband and me. Fully equip kitchen. Comfortable living area and bed. Very easy walk to chair lifts. Convenient garage parking and storage for skiis.

It says skiing in and out... It is walking distance but not literally skiing in and out. It is a condo apartment style.

Early check in was possible and appreciated. The underground parking with the dedicated parking lot is great but the lots are quite small for North Americas cars. The elevator to the floors was a bit shocking, not well maintained and looked really worn out, so I was a bit afraid the apartment could be also look like the elevator but apartment was really nice and clean. Beside some kids making noice on corridor was the location of the apartment quiet.

The reason for not giving five stars was No AC! It was warm the night we were there and would have loved air conditioning. The rooms are dated but nicely cleaned. There are utensils available in the room plus a fridge and a microwave.

Fire detector kept beeping, probably because batteries had to be change. So we had to remove them to have a good night sleep and put them back the next day before check out

It is a spacious vacation place with amazing tourist spots around. We reserved a condo apartment with 2 bedrooms in the top floor and living dining and kitchen in the ground floor. It was very clean and serene. There is a common indoor pool and hot tub along with outdoor pool. The facility was very clean and all the provisions including kitchen utensils, cleaning utilities, bedding pillows fans and central heating is provided. I would definitely visit this place again. It is good for 5-7 people or 2 families.

Very comfortable and quiet room. Indoor parking. There was a nice view from our room. The main desk is hard to find when you arrive because it's not well indicated and it's location isn't intuitive. Be warned that the pool is ridiculously far. It's a 4 minute drive.

The village has 0 open. Checked in at 4pm was all closed up. Elevator and hallways were very dirty. Pool is not even on site. Have to drive over so we did not bother. Likely better in winter, would not book again. Also had 5 people listed on reservation and there was only beds for 4. Had to use an air mattress for 5th person. AC was great, and kitchen was roomy and had everytbing you needed. Bathroom was good too.

The AC wasn’t working at all and the weather was around 26. Luckily, it’s very warm outside. The oven was making the air too hot so we needed to open the fridge to make it warmer. Finally, the picture we have seen on the site weren’t the same (not the same bathroom/kitchen/…)

Excellent location, right at the bottom of the hill and only 10 mins to the town. The unit was clean however it was very dated and very difficult to keep the water in the shower with the tap location so there was always water on the floor. The bed was not comfortable and the A/C was very loud making it hard to fall asleep.

It was a Good place to live and to explore beautiful places near you. Condos were clean and open with beautiful views. Only one thing that I want to mention that the window shades were white and made of steel so it couldn't protect rooms from sunlight.

This a good property, our condo is a little dated. We saw the condo beside us and it would be a 10 and ours was an 8. Our condo was very well equipped with cooking supplies and the appliances were new. The condo is at the bottom of the hill which is excellent, makes for a lot of skiing. I would recommend this establishment and plan on returning next year. The staff was very friendly and courteous, front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, they were bilingual. Overall a good property and and value.
