Dirty walls, floor, bathroom counter falling off the wall. Toilet ran non stop. Very outdated.

In need of some serious updates & cleaning. Beds were very old and hard as can be, comforters were dirty. Bathroom walls had filth all over. Bathroom sink counter was coming off the wall. Cleaning people walking from room to room with cigarettes hanging out of their mouths.

Very clean and modernized. Good parking, and a very nice lounge space outside by the fountain. I felt safe here as a solo female traveler, although they could really use modern security chain/device on the inside of the door.

The service was great, however the condition of the room was not so good. Obviously an old motel renovated. Location was central to downtown events so that was good. Elevator worked good which was nice so I wouldn’t have to go up stairs. Snacks put out for breakfast with coffee.

Everything was great. This is our 4th stay. Perfect location and great hosts. I only have an average for eco friendly-honestly didn’t notice if it was eco-friendly or not.

great value. Converted motel. very clean. Safe. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. Includes light breakfast (granola bars, yogurt, coffee etc.) ample parking. Complimentary snacks and wine/beer in evening. Outside sitting area . Angela, front desk was fabulous! Extremely helpful on several issues.

Location couldn't have been better. The hotel is at the northern end of the Seville District and within walking distance of many restaurants, bars, and breweries. Also an easy 15-20 minute drive away from the beach or to the Aviation museum. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was well maintained, and recently remodeled. Bathroom was a bit dated, but very clean. My chief complaint concerns outlets: not enough of them, not conveniently located. None were accessible near the bed or night stands. No USB chargers in the lamps as is sometime offered, nor were there any on the desk. I had to get under the desk to find all the outlets. Annoying, but if you don't have mobility issues, shouldn't be a deal breaker for staying here. Complimentary breakfast is more of a stop in for snacks on your way out for the day, but had decent variety of pre-packaged snack bars and yogurt, etc. Really appreciated the all day coffee, tea, and water. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for your getaway.

The staff was very helpful for small neds from food, drink, hangers, etc! Some guests were a little noisy at night, but I think they were just having a good time.:)

We had considered booking a motel out on the highway and bypassing Pensacola but we were so glad we came downtown to this clean and comfortable property. There was a warm welcome which was much appreciated after a long drive from New Orleans. Pensacola centre is charming, with many places to eat and all within a short walk from this motel.

Lovely motel w free parking and wifi in downtown. Quiet. Clean and super cute! We were impressed! The front desk employee, Justin, was funny, helpful and such good vibes! The lobby decor is stylish af and actually matches my own furniture at home so I was loving it and was taking photos with my bff while we enjoyed their free happy hour… I can’t believe what a gem of a spot downtown this place was, don’t ever change Sole!

What a treasure! Perfect location for shopping and eating out. The rooms are small and older, but definitely clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They have this beautiful patio area that is like a hidden oasis in the city. We enjoyed the happy hour reception, sitting on the patio drinking a glass of wine and listening to the water feature. The breakfast bar was also very nice, stocked with plenty of breakfast bars, orange juice, water and coffee. We will absolutely be back. 💯
