We had a wonderful stay at Avaton Resort & Spa.
The views from the hotel are absolutely magnificent, especially during sunset. Watching the sun go down over the caldera was one of the highlights of our trip. The location is also excellent, with beautiful walking paths nearby and within walking distance of Skaros Rock, making it easy to enjoy some of the most scenic hikes in Santorini.
The staff was attentive, friendly, and always willing to help, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated their hospitality and professionalism.
Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Santorini. Highly recommended!

Our stay at Avaton Resort and Spa was absolutely amazing, and the hospitality truly made our trip special.
From the moment we arrived, the front desk gentleman went completely above and beyond for us. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making sure we had the best experience possible. No matter what we needed — recommendations, assistance, or help coordinating things during our stay — he handled everything with such professionalism and warmth.
The resort itself was beautiful, relaxing, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful, the rooms were comfortable, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations.
What stood out most was the exceptional customer service. It’s rare to meet someone who puts so much effort into making guests feel cared for, and we truly appreciated everything he did for us during our stay.
We would absolutely recommend Avaton Resort and Spa to anyone visiting Santorini and would happily stay here again in the future.

Our 5 night stay at The Avaton was wonderful! The staff did everything they could to make it as amazing as possible for us from the moment we arrived. We had an upgraded room and excellent service throughout our stay. They organised restaurant bookings for us and the couples massage was the best treatment we have ever had! Convenient location for strolling into Fira of an evening, when it was cooler. Every was perfect! Thank you so so much 😊

This place is absolutely perfect, all around. Not a single bad thing to say. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing resort slightly off the beaten path, this is your spot. If you’re looking for a crowd or a party- go elsewhere!
