The views from this place are beautiful, it’s a TON of stairs so if you can’t do stairs this isn’t the place for you ! The bed was very comfortable, they have water and coffee in the room and a mini fridge. Great body wash took brushes and razor and bath roans was nice touch, helpful with shuttle or cab service although is not included as stated in reservation… restaurant was tasty for dinner they don’t open until 6 pm … clean the room every day!
We booked a VIP suite, there was absolutely nothing VIP about our experience at this hotel, the photos of the room I booked showed a glass front balcony- it was concrete so if u sat down u could only see concrete. The concierge did carry our luggage up and down the stairs when we arrived and left. Every single thing we asked was a no from them, the jacuzzi was cold we mentioned this, no one ever came to fix it in FOUR DAYS … and it was cold and cloudy out so that made the jacuzzi not even usable which was the reason I booked a higher priced room… Sunday night was our last night here they had a big birthday celebration on the roof of our suite!!?? Yelling stomping music and kids screaming and crying for four hours! No sleep for us as we had to leave for ferry at 2am!!! If it wasn’t for the views this place would be a no! The cleaning lady was nice though… no microwave in room so you can’t heat up leftovers or anything so that was a bummer…

The size of the room and the patio and the view were exceptional.
Cannot think of anything.

Spa was very good and staff was good.
Potters were very good.
Views from room.
Restaurants around Imerovigli very good.
Mavros restaurant must visit.
The lady receptionist was rude, unfriendly and not at all guest welcoming.
She has to learn to SMILE she is angry all the time even to other guests !!
I travel round the world the first person a hotel guest meets in a hotel is the receptionist, first impression is last impression.
The chair in the room broke maybe old furniture.
Hotel needs to revise on old furniture.
