Excellent. The hotel staff was very welcoming. Our bartender Dev was wonderful. We really enjoyed staying here and will be coming often when we come visit our daughter at college. Perfect spot. The rooms are amazingly comfortable. Parking is super easy.

The Hyatt House was an AMAZING property and just what we needed for a quick couples get away. Pricing was great and location was right outside of Denver. (about 30minutes) The front desk staff was superior and helped us with travel sights and things to do. Breakfast each morning was great and allergy friendly which accommodated my health problems. The rooms were clean and spacious, and our bed was made and towels were replaced daily. Seriously could not make a single complaint and will absolutely return to this property! 10/10

Everything was okay, just the room smelled ALOT like smokers had stayed there before or like if someone had previously smoked in the room.

The property is beautiful but I’ve been coming to the same hotel for the past 7 years and the room I had was disappointing. Mold in the shower, carpet had dried food on them, and blanket wasn’t clean. The access that allows you to connect your iPhone so you can watch Netflix,etc. I’m in tech and spoke to the company that provides it and they did some troubleshooting and stated the hotel is rountex corrected. I spoke to the front desk and frankly they didn’t care. Disappointed at best.

This was an isolated location so there wasn’t anything around in terms of restaurants, but it was quiet. I came down for a CU game, so for the price, it was great location for staying outside of Denver and Boulder. The room was ok, a little tight. The bathroom could use some updating, part of the glass in the shower was loose despite their efforts to caulk it to the floor. The quality of the towels were definitely cheap, but the kicker was they ran out and replaced them with yellow towels which I have NEVER seen in a hotel. The purpose of using white towels is so they can be bleached! The establishment was operated by a young friendly staff my entire stay. My trip was only for a weekend, can’t say I would return, regardless of the deal.

We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt House for the weekend. It was clean, easy to locate and the staff was very friendly. The room was more than what we needed with the little kitchen area, but it was nice to have since we were able to keep water and sodas cold from our cooler. The morning breakfast buffet was delicious with many options and the eating area was so clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

This is a well kept hotel that is clean and spacious. There were many breakfast offerings and the female employee who was running the breakfast was excellent, keeping the area well stocked and the food hot/cold as needed. Pat at the front desk (overnight shift) was friendly and welcoming.

The Hyatt House exceeded our expectations, and we had a wonderful stay! The breakfast was the best I’ve had in an hotel in years, with many hot and cold options, along with gluten-free and dairy-free options. The bed was very comfortable, and we slept soundly. Usually I don’t sleep well the first time or two in a hotel, but it was so comfortable and really felt like home. Everything was very clean, with thoughtful home-like touches, like an extra toilet paper roll and tissue box under the bathroom sink. They even had cookies out in the lobby at check in time. I appreciated how friendly the front desk staff was, cheerfully welcoming us back from outings and eager to help with anything. The location was perfect, close to the freeway, and a great spot for spending time in Boulder and Denver. We will DEFINITELY stay here again the next time we are in the area!

the full kitchen made preparing meals easy and affordable. The complementary breakfast in the morning had a nice variety to choose from. The location was central to all the exploring we wanted to do while in Colorado.

Went above and beyond to accommodate us. As a night owl, I hate it when hotels act like it's a huge ask to simply have a later checkout. This hotel gave me no trouble and for that, I'll be back. Rooms were great for a longer stay (full kitchen w/ range, dishwasher, fridge, big bed and foldout couch bed). Good view of the mountains and in a good part of town (Denver/Aurora have gone downhill it seems, but Broomfield is where it's at! Very sublime, safe area of CO). Oh yeah, the breakfast was INCREDIBLE. Literally the best breakfast of any hotel I've ever stayed at. Anything you could want. Sausage, potatoes, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cottage cheese, milk, fruit, Waffles IIRC, etc etc etc. Phenomenal, thanks HYATT House.

Staff was overall thw best part. My room on the first floor had a insanely bright lamp right into the window. There was a courtain, but it was certainly not enough.

Great hotel, good location. Only 20 mins from Denver and 15 mins to Boulder. Staff was friendly, room was nice and clean. Wasn’t a fan of the pillows, they felt old. The garage disposal made a lot of noise and the microwave started to burn a coffee cup from the lobby coffee station after less than a minute in the microwave

This hotel had the friendliest staff of any place I’ve stayed. After our trip to RMNP, Garden of the Gods, Golden, and Denver, I know we chose the right place for location.
Hyatt House B/B is super clean and the rooms are perfect. It’s in a safe area and very close to great shopping in Boulder.

The staff was extremely amazing. My whole family includes two puppies two babies under two. Anything we needed the staff helped us move rooms extend our stay when they were extremely booked. We really appreciate everything you’ve done.
