It was amazing all around.. Definitely recommend it.

Nice hotel and excelent location.
But area is noisy.

It was very easy to check in and the staff speak Spanish and English.

Hotel is good but it's located in a mall where one of the resturants is very loud until way past midnight.

Excellent location and easy access, close proximity to entertainment and restaurants.
Only problem we had was temperature in room was not working properly although calling maintenance they would go the system seems needs updating to fix the problem, otherwise all was great.

Depending on the floor it has an amazing view, we were on the 17th floor.
The towels were too old and looked dirty, the iron was not working so we requested a new one, some plugs had no electricity.
For me it the price was over the quality of the services.

Location great and hotel comfy.
However had numerous issues with the room key reader every day like 5-10 tries each time to enter the room before the door would unlock even with a brand new key.

I liked that they had great vegan options for the breakfast buffet. They had almond milk, cereal, fruit, beans, guiso de mushrooms, tomato and onions, tortillas, and delicious salsa

Overall my stay at this property was good. However, my room was not ready until an hour & a half after check in.. so I had to wait for it to be prepared..

Excellent location within an area with a convenience store, and many restaurants. Clean rooms, friendly staff, spacious rooms.

Always stayed there when arriving always greeted by the employee of Tony. Always help me with luggage on this time arriving no one to help no one greet you. She has somebody at the door to help you with your luggage.

We like most everything, except the fact that did not provide enough bottle water and coffee packs for the room.

Overall, the hotel is nice and clean while staff is helpful and attentive. The area is safe and there’s people almost all day and night. You can walk around the area and you’ll find a convenience store, a Starbucks, fast food restaurants, regular restaurants and bars. It’s quite nice.
On the other hand, the rooms are old. You can see it on the doors, furniture and the decour. You’d expect a more modern room for the price.
I didn’t get to use the pool but it looked nice and spacious.

The staff was great at check in. Very friendly. The hotel is conveniently located in a plaza with several convenient stores, restaurants and bars. Unfortunately the bar turns into club at night and the room noise was unbearable. The staff dis fortunately change us to another room which was quiet.

To noisy. There is a bar in the same plaza that plays awful music really loud. You can hear in the bedrooms.

We booked our stay to sleep before our flight - we had to wake up at 4 am - But it wasn't a good decision to stay there, cause we couldn't sleep. There's a night bar near the hotel with very loud music, and it was frustrated.
