Nice, quick check in with friendly staff. Hotel was very clean, quiet and buffet breakfast was great. Loved having stores and food within walking distance.

Middle of the night we needed a room and booked one for the night on the app and when we got to the hotel they said they were booked and we couldn't check in until 3pm. We wanted to cancel since just booked. There was no other way to book on the app. They wouldn't refund of cancel. Even asked if we could get a credit for future stay and was denied. Very disappointed.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was excellent. The basin was not so good because the faucet was too short. The breakfast was not as good as expected. Otherwise it is an excellent hotel.

The 2 wonderful ladies that checked us in were both very friendly and kind.. we even got an upgrade. This was our first time in San Jose Cali and it was a pleasant one.

I didn't like that the dining / bar was not open on the weekend. I went for a sporting event and looked for a hotel with a bar to be able to watch the Saturday and Sunday football games before and after the 49ers play. But we couldn't because it was close. The place looked nice in the pictures. I was not to happy about that!

At the surface, our suite looked amazing. Upon further inspection, it was certainly flawed. There was so much dust and built-up dust bunnies everywhere. The couch was very uncomfortable. And the shower had hairs in it that were certainly not mine. The TV had minimal channels which was odd. The bed and pillows were comfy and the air conditioner certainly proved useful during the heat. The front desk staff was very friendly. And the breakfast was ok. Overall, the lack of housekeepers and upkeep of the room was the key factor to our stay being a 5 rather than a 10. I regret taking pictures when I had the chance, but I was so exhausted that I just needed to sleep. I work in the hospitality business and so my eyes knew exactly where to go…sadly.

Convenient and safe parking. I stayed in 2 rooms. First room on the 5th floor had strong chemical smell in the room and mold/mildew smell in the bathroom. On Day 2 I was finally moved to a 7th floor room. It still had some sort of chemical smell in the room but bathroom was smell free. This hotel may need to revisit the housekeeping materials they use to eliminate the chemical smell.

Great location to walk to a Niners game at Levis Stadium. Also, plenty of places to eat in close proximity. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Great stay and will be back.

We arrived 1 hour after check-in time and room still wasn't ready and was promised we will get a call if ready. We didn't get one. Otherwise, hotel was clean and included breakfast with our stay which was convenient. I liked it had a later check-out of 12 p.m., but they were not properly staff as only had 1 person during check-out and luckily they had an express key drop box.

Eras tour. Hotel was booked with swifties, unable to check in early yet staff was kind and accommodating and still got us checked in few minutes before 3pm. Wonderful, friendly, professional front desk staff! Thank you!

The staff was rude and it felt like we were actually bothering them by booking the room. Check in was later, after 3 even though we arrived at noon and were told our room was prioritized. The room was clean and nice.
