I would not agree with the hotel having 5 stars, I think it is a proper 4 star hotel.
They lie about having a gym and a sauna: the gym is a 3x3 meters room that has 2 machines and that is it, useless to be honest, while the sauna is only accessible if you take a massage, which costs 80-500 eur depending on the massage.
If you want to make use of a gym and a sauna during your vacation, this hotel does not have that option.
In addition, our first night we did not have blinds in our room, so we woke up 6AM with the sun in our faces.
During the first 4 nights the A/C in the room was not working properly and restarting to 28 degrees every approx 1 hour, so you woke up sweating every few minutes. They fixed this however after a few days when many guests complained.
Everything else works fine, but I would not return, since it makes much more sense to go to a 4-star hotel that is priced as a 4-star hotel and has the amenities that it says it has.

A couple of minor things to note from the hotel description; They do not operate an airport shuttle bus, and there is no car parking on site. However, there is plenty of parking in the vicinity of the hotel.
The hotel itself is absolutely perfect as far as I am concerned. It is small enough as to never seem overcrowded, even at full capacity. The rooms are spacious and very clean. Also, the bed was probably the most comfortable I've slept in when away from home.
As for the staff, they are attentive and helpful.

Very good, clean hotel with great staff that is ready to help at all times. There is no access to a beach from the hotel and some of the private pools are very close to the road but you should still be able to enjoy it. Great breakfast.
