Overall, the hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and provided a relaxing getaway. Most of the staff were friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there, with the exception of one employee working behind the coffee bar.
The food was typical of what you would expect at an all-inclusive resort—decent, but not particularly memorable. Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience at the Cin Cin restaurant. The waiter was rude, and the food quality was poor. Based on our experience, I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
The resort itself was enjoyable, and we appreciated the clean facilities and excellent service from most of the staff. The only other area that could use improvement is the quality and selection of the alcohol offerings.

Good hotel layout is a plus but Compared to other secrets resorts I’ve stayed previous, no friendly staff and very inattentive to needs of guests. Also food was VERY limited, mainly Buffett. When “good” food was empty, none was replaced. So had to get there early if you anted shrimp cocktail, which was a “premier choice”. and most restaurants closed at dinner time. Worst part for us is upon orientation when getting there, lady was very pushy trying to join their exclusive secrets timeshare. Even begging saying”you will be helping me out financially “. I’m tired and want to relax after traveling. All I wanted was my room and to settle down/realx.
