I loved everything! Especially how it was close to La Crucecita and I loved that they had restaurants on property if you didn’t want to go into town.

Fuimos en vacaciones familiares por una semana y tuvimos una muy buena experiencia; la habitación es amplia y el lugar está limpio. Las albercas son bonitas y el área de camastros en la playa también es muy agradable. Estaría bueno que pusieran mesita de pin pon o juegos de mesa en el área de alberca. Los restaurantes Otto, Forno y Terraza del Mar muy recomendables.
No tiene frigobar ni hay hielos, realmente es básico.
El baño tenía olor a drenaje muy desagradable durante las noches.
La playa no es ideal para familias con niños pequeños que planeen pasar todo el tiempo ahí, porque el mar siempre está picado y no es el más recomendable para nadar.
La vista a la montaña era muy parcial, ya que nos tocó vista al estacionamiento y es ruidoso.
Estaría bien que ofrecieran desayuno buffet para más flexibilidad.

The Hotel facilities are beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the property is well maintained, the views are very nice, the location is peaceful.
In my opinion. the hotel is overpriced for the overall experience. The costumer service did not meet my expectations. At check-out, the staff did not asl if we needed assistance or transportation, and we left carrying our luggage to find a taxi on the street. I also found a small stain on the bed sheet when we arrived and reported it, but no apology was offered. The beach in front the hotel is too rough for swimming, you need to visit other beaches.
