There should be more water in the rooms, 3 small bottles per day for 2 people is not nearly enough, especially considering the weather.
Hotel staff knocked on our door morning and night, even when we had the Do Not Disturb sign on. Less of that would have been great.
Also waiting staff tried selling events all the time, too pushy. Same with the staff in the lobby trying to sell memberships.

staff is top notch. very great customer service from everyone. I loved how you could do something new everyday and not be bored. food was great.
there was some fruit flies inside the shower/tub area.
