Great location in Mulhouse!

Close to the train station and lovely shops and restaurants. Room was a decent size with big windows.

The bathtub was a strange design where the glass partition didn’t fully seal to the bathtub so it did leak a bit.

pourrait être agréable

situation - l' hôtel en général la dame du petit déjeuner souriante et efficace qui fait de son mieux pour répondre seule à la clientèle. la personne de l'accueil de l'après midi qui a fait de son mieux pour me guider pour le parking malgré les travaux urbains

une armoire de 1,2 m de large qui ne sert qu'a 8 cintres; aucun rayonnage pour ranger ses vêtements. beaucoup de place perdue (armoire qui ne sert qu'au quart de ses possibilités et un sas d'entrée qui pourrait être utilisé comme penderie ou porte valises) alors que la chambre en manque. pas de véritables lampes de chevet pour lire. climatisation ne fonctionnant pas pour des raisons économiques alors qu'il y avait 28° à Mulhouse. ménage laissant vraiment à désirer et lits recouverts sans même tirer les draps (2ème nuit) Dommage car l'établissement est bien rénové mais visiblement il est dirigé par un comptable et pas par un hôtelier, comme j'ai pu le constater à plusieurs reprises dans les Best Western, d'ailleurs en 2 jours nous n'avons rencontré que les deux personnes citées et aucun responsable en vue.

Struttura molto pulita, camera giustamente dimensionata, buona colazione. La posizione è abbastanza centrale, purtroppo l'albergo non ha parcheggio privato e trovare un posto per l'auto, specialmente in orario serale, non è semplicissimo

Pessimo materasso, con altezze diverse sui due lati. In pratica ho dormito su un piano inclinato, rotolando tutta la notte verso un lato

Super séjour, personnel très sympa et excellent rapport qualité/prix

Personnel très gentil et présent 24h/24h. J’ai pu récupérer ma chambre en début d’après-midi ce qui m’a bien rendu service

Great hotel for a weekend/overnight trip. Good location too.

Great little hotel. We stayed as it was nearby for an overnight trip to accompany our children on a sporting tournament. The hotel was as expected and generally was comfortable and met expectations.

Perfect for a short stay in Mulhouse

Great location close to Mulhouse station and the tram links into the center of town. Great value as well

The hotel is not that modern, though I think that’s reflected well in the price as everything else was great and as expected

Great location opposite the station. Happily stored our bikes for us. Room comfortable with good AC. We didn't have breakfast as we were leaving early, though they did say an early breakfast wasn't a problem

We booked a twin room with two single beds, but the room was double woth one king size bed! The hotel didn't even change it. As they told us, the hotel is fully booked. So the impression was ruined.

Spacious room with very comfy beds. All the amenities available. Well located. Decent curtains to block out the light for a good sleep in.

Shower was strong but this meant it was messy and split over to the floor.

A very lovely three night stay.

Fantastic interior design, comfortable beds, welcoming staff, spotlessly clean, great location. Hard to imagine better value for money anywhere in Mulhouse.

Great hotel with a great location

The hotel is very nice, clean and its location is perfect, near to the center, restaurants and to the old quarter of Mulhouse. The room wasn't big but it was enough, the facilities of the room were great.

We have ordered a cot for our kid and it was confirmed upon arrival but when we came, they told us that they didn't have it. Instead, they have arranged us a mattress for our kid and it was ok. There is no mini bar.
