Beautiful resort. Room was huge and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet daily incredible! I would stay there again!

We really enjoyed the property and people were very helpful, the personnel promptly provided any service needed. Food at the restaurant by the beach was very good, but for the most part we experienced food outside.
The hotel was exceptionally well clean, and the cleaning personnel did an amazing job every day they visited our suite.
The hotel is very well maintained, it offers a really nice experience given it has heritage of over 40 years of being built. We really enjoyed staying at the Irotama Lago.
The only issue we had was at check-in were the front desk processed the transaction in USD at the card device and it resulted in unnecessary additional charges due to currency TRM fees. Just make sure that you are charged in local currency.
