We had an awesome stay, and extended our room x1 night, as so convenient to attractions in Carcassonne, and also the train station. The staff are very kind and helpful, as well both able and willing to speak English. Rooms modern and beautiful, in a very old city. Breakfast amazing. Pool great. Business area, large and bright. Wifi works well.

The only thing I would change would be the shower head which was more suitable fora bigger shower

The hotel suited our visit to Carcassonne perfectly... The staff were very friendly and helpful, The room although small had all the amenities you'd expect and was very clean and modern. The pool was great fir a cooling dip and the bar offered a good range of drinks. The only disappointing note was a lack of bar snacks but there is a little shop next door where you can buy nuts and crisps etc.. Situated 5 minutes walk from the ancient Cité and about 20 minutes from the newer town.... Overall quite an enjoyable experience.
