Service was great, all the staff was friendly & very helpful, especially Mike, Nataliya, & Shane. Beds are small you may need to upgrade, Tvs didnt work the whole week even after the tech said it was fixed. Took a looong time to clean the room every day 3+ hours so be prepared to stay out the room for awhile or just to grab stuff. Altitude restaurant food was good & drinks STRONG so beware. Breakfast was only good 2/7 days. Walking distance from town everything you need within 2-15m walk

A wonderful experience. All staff members are extremely courteous, helpful and kind. After meeting one of the owners, I understand why!

Although there are renovations going on, I am very pleased I made the choice to stay at the Golf View Hotel!

I like the location of the property..The Dinner is fine..Breakfast was too limited..in terms of limited choices of Teas, creamers etc...
What I didn't like was the fact that my room had no cable box..for my entire sray..Despite me been notified upon arrival..I was given the impression that I would have had some kinda TV service..Only to find out the TV'S WERE NOT SMART TVs..hence I was unable to watch the television...
The sales manager didn't seem to care despite me complaining of not having a cable box or smart TV in my room..

The property was very clean. The staff were pleasant and friendly. The complementary breakfast was excellent. The only issue was the TV not working, Apparently there was a problem with the cable company. I would stay there again.

The only positive things I can report on is the large room/suite, friedlyness ,courtesy and helpfullnes of the staff. Every thing else is poor.
The breakfasts did not include Jamaica national dish (Ackerman and salt fish), the service for meals was slow, towels took a while to be refreshed (room cleaned int he day, towels replaced at night), and the worse was a noisy concert on a Sunday night, I mean really? Why not Friday or Saturday night?

The bathroom didn’t work properly from the first day,the telephone in room don’t work
There was a leak from the ceiling

Very noisy with kids in pool for a very long time. Bathroom has an aweful smell, good thing I had brought my room freshener. No table in room for dining, I had to eat on the bed. I definitely would not stay here again, nor encouraged friends or families to stay here.

This property was at the time being renovated and I understand there would be some noise BUT on a Sunday morning when people are normally resting the workers were outside at 7am talking and laughing LOUD. There was a like a bulldozer or a tracker outside going back and forth. Loud banging and knocking. I called the front desk to complain and instead of getting better the noise only got louder. No concerns for the guest. We ask for an Iron the 1st one was broken and the water was leaking on my clothes the 2nd one the cord was taped up I wouldn't use that because I feared being shock. There was ants in the room and a baby green lizard😵 Management needs to spend some money on pest control. PS The workers were EXTREMELY nice and professional

The property is convenient and rates are reasonable. The physical aspect needs some upgrades . The staff is friendly and efficient.

Check-in was long. We were advised to wait in the longe and the reception staff would come and get us when the room was ready, never happened, she forgot about us. Not a big deal but next time say, come check in like 30-40 min.

The positive is the staff was very friendly. The parking was secured. The downside was the room was dated, no hot water, no internet, no cable( with no connection for cable) so the promise of a remote was fraud.

I didn't like that there was no hot water. Hated that Wi-FI nor phone worked in our room for so much money. I loved the staff in the Restaurant. Deon was great and so were the ladies that were there. Hated for 2 days straight egg and bread is what was served for breakfast.

There is loud music from the bar into the early morning. The hotel tried to charge me for an extra night. They later admitted that they were in error.

The room was a a disappointment. I expected breakfast to be like some fry plantain, fried dumplings and ackee and saltfish. Not much choices. The cups for tea/coffee are very small.

There are no safety signs at grades. The housekeeper opened my window that caused mosquitoes to bite me. The tv doesn’t work. They did not even provide soap in the bathroom not to mention there was no hot water. The place was very noisy

Quiet usually. Property needs updating. Restaurants are walking distance. Phone charger was stolen.

The outside area was certainly not appealing. It needs a a major renovation. One night we had no hot water for showering. Also the dirty towels are removed by 10am, however, they do not get replaced until late in the afternoon. If you need to take a shower in the middle of the day you are out of luck!

First let me say i was nervous about my stay here based on reading other reviews but in general my experience was better than i expected...my room was clean with A/C and hot water so very happy about that, the complimentary breakfast was good and all my interactions with all the staff was pleasant...A special shout out to Mikayla who ordered my patty and coco bread and had it delivered for me as it was hot outside to be walking around and to Stacy who when i called 2 days before arriving assured me my room would be decent...the only downside to this property is the outside exterior needs a massive renovation and i know it wouldn't give me the feel of hotels on the north coast and i wasn't expecting that but yess a massive renovation is needed and in there defense i did see construction going on so i guess that's in the works but in general my stay was pleasant so i would recommend for a quick stay when in the country and thanks again to Mikayla and Stacy for their exceptional customer service.
