The interior was modern and stylish, and the room temperature was perfect throughout my stay. Everything was spotless and smelled fresh and pleasant.
It was a lovely touch to be welcomed with a complimentary bottle of water, which unfortunately isn’t always common anymore. The room also included tea, coffee, and even a melatonin sleep tea for those who might need it.
Both check-in and check-out were quick and seamless. Despite my room facing the street, it was very quiet, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly—I didn’t even need my sleep mask.
The hotel is also conveniently located, with a bus stop just a short walk away, providing easy access to the U-Bahn in Neukölln.
I would highly recommend staying here and would happily return.

It was suitable for our needs. It had all the basics required for a short stay.
A bit too far out from the city centre. Best part of 40 minutes by tube. Is a 15 minute walk from nearest tube.
The night staff was very friendly, but some of the daytime staff were not overly welcoming.
