The service of the staff (mainly at the restaurant) was fantastic The hotel should have usb ports in the rooms and remove the carpets from the floors of the rooms

Everybody was very helpful, and the breakfast was exquisite, it is a full hot breakfast with gallo pinto and the works. The only thing I did not like is that it is a bit away from everything including places to eat at a walking distance, but it was just perfect otherwise.

The staff is very kind, courteous and professional. The hotel and room are clean and spacious. Big problem, however: location of hotel is terrible! No way you can walk to any place to eat, see, etc. It’s adjacent to a busy highway; the back of the hotel faces an industrial area filled with dump trucks, tractors, etc. You have no choice, but to get a taxi if you want to visit any place even if just one mile away. Very unsafe to walk around the area. Unfortunately, the hotel uses deceptive pictures on their website which only show the facade of the building, rooms, restaurant, etc. It would tell a different story if they showed pictures of the street and neighborhood.

Old property. Air conditioner didn´t work. Old elevators. Not a great breakfast. The room was basic. Great location.

Didn’t like the check in process. Flight arrived early. Although we were able to drop off our luggage at the front counter we waited till 3 to checked in. We were then told at 3 pm that rooms not ready and it could take upto and hour and a half to two before it could be ready. It was a long day already and we were expecting to be in our room sooner than later. The guy at reception was not friendly . Katherine at front counter was great and so were the kitchen crew. Thanks

My only negative on this hotel is the extremely high price on water, sodas,and snacks at the lobby store. $5.00-$8.00 for simple sodas and water.

The hotel was great. The hot tub was broken and did not work. This was a huge bummer for my family. The pool was too cold to swim in without the hot tub. The pool area is really nice! Super nice gym! The staff is very friendly and helpful!! The restaurant was good!

First and last time I stay here. I usually stay at the Holiday Inn, but I thought I’d save some money and stay here instead. The Holiday Inn is worth the extra cost. The staff here at Wyndham were not friendly. When I went to my room there was a dirty dish outside of the door which stayed there for over 24 hours before it was picked up. At breakfast the kitchen staff were making sarcastic comments about, “yea just keep eating it’s not like we’re about to close.” I woke up completely bit by something which just put the icing on the cake. And I won’t go into the checkin process itself.

The check in process was very easy, reception staff is excellent. Rooms are clean and neat, acceptable WiFi connectivity. Very old and noisy air conditioning system, it was annoying to get to rest with that noise of an AC unit running and hard stopping and then it starts back again in a noisy manner. It sounds like a diesel engine running next to our bed

Our family loves this hotel and stays here anytime we have to go to San Jose. There is a great gym and pool area and the breakfast is delicious. The location is amazing and so easy to get to all our favorite stores. I highly recommend staying here!

The carpet had a terrible smell I was on the third floor. Rug/carped needs to be cleaned or replaced. Everything else was what I needed.

Excellent facility and the staff were amazing. We had an emergency that required multiple calls to the hotel and hotel taxi. They were patient, kind and accommodating as they helped us resolve the situation. Great value, great facility, great service.

We always stay at this hotel if our plane gets in too late to drive to our house. We love it because of the traditional breakfast that lets us know we are back in Costa Rica. This time there was a restaurant that was well priced and good. We also learned of a hotel to airport shuttle which we plan to use on our way back to the states.

It was the upmost pleasure staying at the property. The food was amazing even went above and beyond provided vegan options for my family . The amenities the hotel profiveds are great pool heated , generous free breakfast, and on top very friendly staff with can do attitude. I highly recommend and will be back on my next trip to costa rica .
