Love staying here. We switch between the sister hotels. Beautiful pool with outside bar plus dining room with bar and a coffee/bakery. Super friendly staff and free parking. The historical hotel is lovely.

Very good, super friendly & extremely professional staff. Would recommend to all, so helpful for wheelchair with close handicap parking, elevator & they even upgraded one of our rooms to a suite! Will most definitely stay here again.

Pool area and hotel was very nice . Restaurant meals were a one star at best as servers were attentive . We ordered a bottle of wine and were brought out one glass, they corrected it. Then they brought our meals forgetting the appetizer. I had mussels which had many empty shells or cracked shells and my husband had steak which was lukewarm. His veggie side was 4 wilted, minuscule pieces of asparagus. Tried breakfast the next morning , my bad, egg whites were not cooked, ran clear , and bacon was leather . The Canadian bacon my husband ordered was a 3” diameter thin processed ham not Canadian bacon. Too bad about the food because the hotel was authentic and pool area was great.

A funky hotel in a good way and an excellent staff. Conveniently located to downtown and Tropicana Field. Nice pool area and the Tap Room is perfect for a few drinks and dining.

This is way overpriced for what you’re getting. The lobby is the best part. Other than that, the rooms are very cramped and the water is super dirty. Will not be coming back.

First time at the Hollander, very enjoyable. Very comfortable room. Everything at the bar & restaurant were excellent, service and food. I did not use the pool but it seemed like a great space, i did see the yoga class on Saturday morning was well attended. I will certainly stay here again.

This place is awesome!! The room was cozy and the property was all around was perfect for our getaway. Amenities included a pool, pool bar, restaurant and coffee shop. We loved the Tap Room especially. Even got to lounge by a working fireplace! The decor is retro with lots of fun eclectic details. Walking distance to downtown.

Visited with friends doing a St Pete overnight trip. Love the Hollander's cozy, funky armosphere, beautiful pool area, friendly staff, and restaurant/bar area. Monday martini night was fun and the breakfasts were terrific. Highly recommend.

Nice downtown location. Very friendly staff. Decent on premises restaurant and coffee bar. Pool area looked good (weather for our January stay was too cold for us to actually try the pool). Downsides were the extremely small bath room (we were told all rooms had about the same side bathrooms). Our first floor room over looked the parking lot, so we had to keep the curtains drawn most of the time.

We booked a pet friendly room and they put us in room 119 which is the closest to the elevator lobby restaurant and bar up all light with our dog until 1 am have stayed here many times and have had a great experience until this time was Told this was the only room available which we booked way in advance and paid extra for the pet friendly room

I was in town for one night on business and wanted something different than the usual place to stay. I found the Hollander and immediately booked a room. Glad I did, as I really enjoyed my stay. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and quiet. I had a very nice dinner in the Tap Room restaurant.

Loved everything about it. Charming, full of character. Staff was excellent. Offers free shuttle service in a 10 block radius. Which is perfect where the hotel is located. This place is a total hidden gem. Love that They boutique Hotel. Would definitely stay again

Our stay was very pleasant. We loved the location and the hotel was super cute and cozy. The breakfast at the restaurant was very good, but our waitress didn't seem happy with us because we arrived a couple of minutes before closing. I specifically told the hostess it was ok and we would go elsewhere if it was too late but he said it was just fine. Also, we were never able to have real hot water. It was cold on the days we stayed there and it would have been nice to have hot water. Other than that, it was a very relaxing and nice stay.

Overall was average.....They advertised as a Queen Bed but it was a Full size. Rooms small and bit noisy. Hot water took 5 min to get right temp. We ate at the Tap room for dinner and the food was very average and waiter seemed to rush us....he needed better training for sure. That's it in a nut shell....wont return

This hotel's employees are super friendly and helpful, aside from one experience at the inside bar. The outside bartender was funny and engaging, however. We were greeted with 3 smiling faces upon check-in. Each time we ate at the restaurant we had a wonderful experience. They accomodated our family who joined us on the last morning there for breakfast. Food came out great (each time we ate there). We had stayed there before, and will stay again in the future. Hollander Hotel is an older boutique hotel that offers a "boho" vibe. It had a new coat of paint in our room and hallways and brand new carpet. Our room still smelled a little musty when we returned to it each time, but that went away when we cranked up our a/c. But that's not uncommon in Florida. The pool area has a newly revamped look with new cabanas and chairs. It was neat and clean looking, even though it was not the "high" swimming season. Location is central to many activities and walking distance to the water and many downtown restaurants and taverns.

I truly just loved the place! It is so inviting and the staff so welcoming! Believe it or not those immediate warm baths made a difference lol! Just turn the faucet and you get hot water on the spot! The hotel lives to its name and its landmark! Totally Boutiquish! The food is great and the restaurant is just a few levels below the room. Great atmosphere... it makes ya' happy! 😊

This quaint hotel is close to downtown and a short drive to the beaches. They have their own restaurant and free parking. The staff was very helpful and charming. It was cold when we were there, but the pool and cabanas looked well kept and very inviting. We would return again without question.

Have stayed at Hollander before several times - and will again. Great staff - very friendly and cordial. Rooms small but clean. Nice restaurant and bar - including separate attractive pool area and bar. Older hotel, but well priced and good location for St. Pete.

I would absolutely stay at the Hollander again! Super friendly staff, comfortable rooms and lounge areas including a large outdoor patio, pool area, and outside bar. The food and drinks were delicious. The hotel is also good walking distance from downtown. Best of all, parking was free and convenient!
