If you need to be close to the airport, this is a great choice. The rooms are very large and well appointed. The decor is a little dark and dingy and somewhat outdated however. And the bathroom well enormous has a shower with so many knobs and showerheads that we could even figure out how to just take a basic shower. The floors is also very slippery, and the pillows were not comfortable. The lighting is pretty pouring in the room as well

The staff at the hotel were all amazing. We arrived early. Requested early check in. It was between lunch and breakfast service. My Wife was very hungry. Gypsy one of the servers noted her distressed look and checked in the kitchen and the chef made her a cheeseburger and fries. At check out my one of our suitcases had a rip and they found duct tape to fix it. All went above and beyond.

We arrived early as our cruise departure is early in the AM. Aurelio was able to accommodate us in our room. Thank God as we were pooped. Thank you so much.

This was our 3rd stay at EB, and it’s always a very clean property. Like spotless…. I appreciate that for an airport hotel, they still have conveniences like a mini bar and room service. The only issues we had were not being able to hear the front desk clerk at check in due to loud music coming from the bar. It was just awkward having to yell and ask multiple times to repeat things. Our room had some issues with the tv. The batteries to the remote were out but we fixed that ourselves. It then had a bizarre echo that drove us nuts so we turned it off. Overall, it’s a great spot for a night when you have an early flight. It’s a lot better than other properties we’ve tried in the area.

We normally only stay in 4/5 star hotels and we Stayed here from Friday-Monday. We were going on a cruise to the Bahamas. We had our two teenagers with us and this was Such an amazing stay! I would highly recommend this hotel. It was very modern. The staff were very friendly and professional! The room was gorgeous. They provided a shuttle from the airport to the hotel. And the front desk gentleman even helped us get a ride to the Port. The only downside to this hotel is the location is far from downtown and South Beach. So you will spend a lot in Uber’s trying to get to where all the action is. But overall, we would definitely stay here again if ever in Miami again. Giana even upgraded our room. She is truly a gem. The night time bartender was also phenomenal! Just an overall amazing stay!!! And the best part is it is affordable!!! Luxury and affordable!!!

EB Hotel was very nice. The food in the lobby restaurant was very delicious. And the room was amazing. The perfect way to feel a little pampered on our last night of traveling before our long flight home.

While the hotel was decent, there was no hot water in my room and many of the channels on the TV had no signal. The finishes were high-end but overall, the lack of maintenance was very evident.

This hotel is absolutely beautiful from the time you walk in the door till the time you get to your room! The standard king room was so luxurious and that bathroom!!! The restaurant, Miranda, we loved as well! The servers were amazing, we ate there for dinner and breakfast! Everyone was welcoming, the food was delicious too! If you are in Miami make sure you stay here and it’s really close to the airport….did I mention free shuttle to and from airport!

Staff has little to no knowledge about dietary restrictions and food at the hotel restaurant is horrible. Breakfast was a buffet but $25usd per person after already paying over $500/night for the room. We had to request twice to get fresh towels and housekeeping didn't make up our room during our stay. Would not recommend or stay again.

The big plus for me was the free airport shuttle which was easy to book; they also have a shuttle to the crusie port which i think tou have to pay for and book in advance. The room was spacious and the onsite restaurant was was good for breakfast and dinner. No complaints!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were stuck in Miami due to the weather, and they provided us with robes and slippers and toiletries that made our stay a little more tolerable without our luggage.
