My friends and I recently stayed at the Omni, and we had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.
I would like to give a huge shout-out to Austin, the bartender in the main lobby bar. Having worked in the bar industry for over 12 years, I can honestly say he is one of the best, friendliest, and most attentive bartenders I have ever encountered.
He truly made our last day memorable. After a series of delayed and canceled flights, we ended up staying much longer than anticipated, and Austin went above and beyond to make a stressful situation much more enjoyable. His exceptional customer service, positive attitude, and genuine hospitality did not go unnoticed.
And thank you for the biscuits—I genuinely think they may have saved me!
Austin is a real asset to your team, and I wanted to make sure his outstanding service was recognized. We will definitely be back and will be recommending the Omni to friends and family.
