Very comfortable bed ! Nice shower. Friendly staff . Need to mention there is no safe in tge room which is very odd at a casino location. Nothing close for dining and food at location is very overpriced.

The reason we stayed was for the casino. I would probably stay at one of the gilas larger properties next time. Only found a few employees that were somewhat friendly. Bartenders not so much at all. Felt like we were bothering them.

The staff is always very nice. The facility is very clean. We usually upgrade to a suite. This time we used hotel credits and got a king room. I missed the suite amenities. Will be back in March in our regular suite.

I didn't like that the walls are super thin and you could hear all the doors slamming from other guests, loud talking and laughing and even chairs being dragged around as we were trying to go to sleep

I wanted to love my stay here so badly. It was a holiday for my family and my family even got a room. The staff was more than unpleasant and the room had hair and the mirror was broken covered by a small accent that kept falling. We were harassed about our service dog on multiple occasions but they had a dog in another room yelling and crying triggering my dog to alert. Clearly not a service dog. It was more than stressful and would not recommend for people looking for a relaxing time the local people are less than happy to be working here. A 4 star look with a 2 star attitude.

The front desk service was horrible. Rudest front desk people I’ve ever dealt with. There was very little amenities for the price we paid. Fridge wasn’t even cold. The only workers we encountered that were polite were the housekeepers. Will never stay there again, ever.

the hotel was clean, housekeepers was the bomb which is good, the desk clerks was great and very helpful with all the questions i asked. I did not like that the casino was non smoking, and they did not have the oopa loopas (Charlie and the chocolate factory) slot machine's otherwise the hotel was great.

10/10 would stay again. Customer service was outstanding. We had a slight plumbing leak and they offered to move us or send someone to try and fix it. We didn't feel like moving, within minutes the repair men were at the door. With a quick part replacement no more leak! It all probably took less than 25 minutes. The beds were comfortable, I would just suggest having two choices for pillows. One firm, one soft. The pillows are nice but they were too thick for me personally. The whole complex was very neat and clean, including the outdoor appearance. There were a few dining options in the casino which was pretty convenient. Big plus was the whole place was non smoking. They did have designated outdoor spaces for that, I believe.

The location was easy to get to. The staff was very helpful. The couple of things that would make it nicer is better restaurants than a mall style with 3 fast food options.

Most of the floor machines were newer. Poker at the bars need to have a lot more Ultimate X. Not good dining options. Only the cafe which closes at 10pm and 2 places in the “food court”.

All staff were welcoming and offered a greet from security staff to housekeepers and check in agents. Check in experience was Extremely accommodating, with providing an early check-in. Room service was prompt & delicious. Had to check out a day early due to a home emergency and staff suggested we reach out to our 3rd party for a refund, which we received. Great experience for sure!

All the staff from front desk to bar tenders were extremely friendly and I really felt they all love there jobs. If there was one thing that I would like to see improved is the drink service at the machines. The only way you could get a drink while playing would be to leave your machine and go to the bar to get it,

Rooms are always extremely clean and comfortable. Pool was clean and the bar at the pool open. Service at pool was impeccable. I just really miss the value and quality of food at the restaurant. We did not eat there this time due to so many guests complaining about food. We figured we'd save the money and eat elsewhere.
