This was our first time staying here and WE LOVED IT. Check in was a little difficult at first as there was no one where we were directed to go to check in and we had to go over to the Mansion (where signage wasn't exceptionally clear for check in either). Once we found where we needed to go and got checked in though, everything was smooth sailing. Our room was fantastic. My daughter LOVED using the pool. We look forward to staying again

Professional and easy

Property gorgeous on the pond. At this time of year, an affordable weekend we will look forward to again if the rates are as reasonable as they are now.

Stayed in the Fall so the 'reception' area was closed for the season and check in was at the main Mansion - about 0.4 miles from where we were originally instructed (no biggie!) Check in was smooth and quick - Staff was VERY friendly! From the main road to our room it's about a 5 min drive on the property (beautiful drive). Our room was spacious (unexpectedly so). Living room with a pull out sofa. A desk & chair (chair was slanted due to the front legs being about a half inch shorter than the back ones so it was a little strange to sit at the desk). Washing machine (very small, not meant for full loads) in-unit was a plus! The full kitchen was useful and minimally equipped. The bathroom mirror had a fairly thick layer of dust at the top along with on the light fixture. You could tell it hadn't been cleaned in a while. The bedroom closet door was broken (didn't close) so it was weird sleeping with it fully open with the hot water heater tank and drain on the floor of the closet exposed. The rug throughout the apartment was definitely vacuumed but stained and looked like it was due for a good shampooing. Very convenient to Eastham and Harwich where I had to work and also to restaurants in other towns as well. Would stay again...maybe we just got a bad room. The property itself has A LOT to offer. The indoor pool at Fletcher is heated and also has an indoor hot tub that is the perfect temp. Locker/changing rooms very clean - with a sauna as well!

The resort was great. The view was awesome. The room was clean and in great condition. However what the resort doesn't tell you is that they add an additional fee on at the end when you check out. This was a disappointment as it was not communicated in the initial cost.

Soiled linens outside our door 2 days, next to a pile of dirt. Despite turning thermostat to "off" room was very warm during day/night. We had to keep sliders open; the living room slider screen had no lock. MBR TV did not work. We will not return to this facility.

The private beach was very nice. The staff were courteous and helpful. We enjoyed the amenities.

This place offers 5 restaurants, a wonderful golf course and the rooms are like condos. Very clean and the staff is wonderful. Private beach as well.
