8 / 10Excellent·Jun 2026
The pre-welcome before we arrived with a phone call and email etc. advising of the entertainment schedule etc. was a fantastic touch, so was the professional manner of the staff member when I called to ask about an extra guest. On arrival however the welcome at the reception wasn't the warmest, both females on the front desk didn't look or sound the happiest but we're professional.
We found our apartment which was very spacious however was showing signs of disrepair in places and lacking maintenance.
Overall other than a few areas in which the cleaning hadn't been carried out; the apartment was perfect for our needs and great for a family of 4-5. It featured one large bedroom, with a separate living room off a hall with a TV, dining area, storage and a double sofabed.
The bedroom had recently been decorated with a double and single bed, good to have USB sockets and power by the bed.
The kitchen area was a good size however hadn't been cleaned properly.
Nice sea view, and easy access to the car park and outdoor areas.
We stayed room only so didn't eat breakfast, but the restaurant(s) looked good. We did eat lunch and had food at the pool bar (Aztec) the food was good and drinks were reasonably priced.
The indoor pools are excellent and included, some work being undertaken to the carpark above, so good to see the scaffolding as a safety precaution above the pool.
Facilities are excellent, plenty to do but the whole place needs some TLC Inc some safety hazards.

Everything about my stay was above & beyond what I expected. I will definitely visit again and recommend to family and friends! Extra bonus having full use of facilities from neighbouring hotel.
