The place was clean. But my bathroom door did not close properly because the bottoms part was broken. Good thing just family in room.

Not what I expected for the price. Property is run down, dingy, smells of mold and is in serious need of an upgrade. The dishes in the room were dirty. Staff was very friendly but I would not stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Home2 Suites. They were able to accommodate our group of six which made our stay way more fun!

Check in was quick. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was large and well laid out. Plenty of bedding and pillows. Kitchenette had everything we needed. The only issue was the sliding barn door on the bathroom which led to zero privacy. Hot water in the shower was pretty much nonexistent. The breakfast was good, plenty to eat and area was very clean. The staff worked hard to ensure the food never ran out and that the area remanded wiped down. Unfortunately the pool was out of commission. Check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay again.

Bathroom floor in room 320 is dangerous. A little bit of water made the floor super slick. I almost wiped out coming out of the shower. I had to call the Mrs. to help me out of the room. She had tennis shoes and was still slipping. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen

The lobby was in decent condition but our room was not. Cracked tiles in the bathroom floor, piles of dirt in every corner in the kitchen and bathroom areas, stains on the blankets and carpets, carpets felt sticky and left a good deal of dirt on my kids socks after just walking across it once. There was old food in the microwave. The toilet ran continuously, but the trophy in this event however was the giant booger on the wall above the TV. We picked this hotel based on the rating and the reviews. It was either very bad timing or somebody’s lying.

In the first room they put us in, the fridge had used food left in it and the kitchen trash can was overflowing. The beds were made but didn't look like new sheets or blankets. The bathroom sink stopper was stuck so it would not drain. We asked them to fix it, but they couldn't until the next day so they offered us a room on a different floor. The next room was better, but never gave me a good, clean feeling. It felt like it was a quick clean to get the next person in and not as if they were changing it over.

Our stay was pretty good. The bed was comfortable. Some issues were the pets. Our room was next to a visitor with a dog and the dog barked most of the night. The shower was not as clean as I liked it to be. I guess because it was pet friendly it was hard to get all of the dog hair out of the shower. I had to buy some cleaning supplies to clean the tub better and the refrigerator was still a little dirty. The traffic up and down the hallway was somewhat loud too for it to be after 10:00pm.

The hotel was clean amd the staff bery nice and helpful. Breakfast wasnt to bad either. The issue was the beds. Noone in my group could sleep because they were uncomfortable.

My reservation was canceled and I was never notified of this. The front desk told me they canceled it at 1 pm. This was 9 hours before I arrived. I had five kids in the car waiting on me to check in. I have used orbitz for over 15 years and I’m thinking to switch to Expedia. Please confirm I was not charged anything and make this right for me and my family. We had to go from hotel to hire to find a room at 11 o’clock at night. I may have to switch to Expedia.

Staff was amazing! Easy parking in a really good spot for shopping or restaurants. Big down fall is there is an airport close so you’ll hear planes all night. Not super bad, but it kept us up most of the night. Pretty nice hotel however.

Daughter and family checking in. Hotel Could not find reservation. Found the reservation under a different name. Parents of groom stopped by to ensure room ready early. Were told will receive call if ready early otherwise 3 pm. There at 2:50. Room not ready. Rehearsal dinner at 4. Did not receive room until 4 after mother went to check on problem. Grandparents of bride received key to room already occupied. Friends room fridge did not work and made noise all night. WORSE part: Bride and groom paid and reserved their room 3 months before. Reservation not found night of! Ended up staying with family!

I liked the location and the room was nice enough and was clean. However, The shower soap dispenser was empty and the toilet paper holder was all but falling off the wall. I shared my concerns both days I was there with the front desk people and again at checkout. That said, none of these items were bad enough for me not to stay there again. I would.

It met our needs (family of 5), I liked having a Walmart next door and then a way to easily cook food rather than have to go out to eat because we were tired from driving all day. Hotel breakfast was good and provided many options, the lady at the front desk did a great job setting up considering her support staff didn’t show up for work. Suggestion: Staff should probably use a different location to smoke other than the bench outside the front door. Just a bit tacky.

Staff was rude. Asked for towels and they make you come get them, customer service was terrible. Breakfast ends at 9. You walk down at 8:59 and they are literally cleaning up and don’t let you eat.

Absolutely disgusting… I will supply pictures to support the quality. Not even close to a Hilton quality- worse than a motel 6. Bed sheets had blood stains, couch bed was FILTHY and no one wanted to sleep on it, floor had multiple large stains and was wet in one spot, hairs on toilet and shower, old fruit loops on the floor, entry way unmopped. We would have turned around and walked out but it was midnight when we arrived from a delayed flight. The only good thing about our hotel stay was the breakfast. $200 needs to be refunded - so gross!

My only dislike was the lack of lighting in the parking lot on the sides and back of building. It was just my son and I getting in late one night and I did not feel safe even though the area is nice, it was very dark.

Location is perfect for restaurants and shopping. Close to Memphis and easy to get into the city. I love Southaven area. The staff was so friendly and helpful maneuvering the surroundings.

We have stayed at Home2 Suites before and so were quite disappointed with the condition of the room. It was very worn. No dividing curtain. Smelled like it was once a smoking room or the linens had been smoked near (we reserved nonsmoking). The beds were ok as far as comfort, not great. The pillows were flat and the blankets were not comfortable. Thankfully we brought our own blanket and slept on top of the hotel linens. The door to the bathroom barely closed (sliding barn style). There were chips and wear marks on the furniture and appliances. The sofa sleeper would not fold back in the morning. Breakfast was ok. The chef came out of the kitchen several times licking his fingers. Made me thankful to have eaten a waffle from the self-serve griddle. Definitely not the quality we expected for the price we paid AND having prior experiences with this hotel chain.

The room and facilities were great! Clean, spacious rooms. Only complaint was breakfast. It was very crowded with some rude customers (which was not the facilities fault). However, the staff contributed to the problem instead of helping. Staff audibly complained of having to keep up with so many people while front desk staff propped up on the desk chatting instead of helping with these obvious issues.
