The room was huge, very spacious beds were comfortable. It was especially nice having a balcony as the weather was beautiful outside. The people above me were very loud, I could hear them walking all evening and morning

We decided we wanted to do an overnight trip and do something different. It was great to have the opportunity to have the massage therapists come right to our room. It was so refreshing and relaxing. It was nice that coffee and tea were available to us at all times. If I had to choose one thing wrong it would have been our upstairs neighbor who seemed to have been moving the furniture and exercising or something that was very loud and very fast paced, and it didn’t seem to stop even during the night. But that isn’t the hotel’s fault. Love this area such a beautiful place to visit.

This is the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Very clean, and the breakfast is wonderful. The lady that took care of the breakfast was very nice and helpful. I didn’t see one thing that needed repaired. This hotel is very well maintained. We will definitely stay here again!

What a beautiful hotel. Our first time staying here. It was our anniversary. Staff was very friendly and helpful from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. Room was spacious. Beds were comfortable. One room had the toilet and shower and the other room was for hanging clothes and getting changed. They both had sinks. Great for two people getting ready at the same time. Every room has a balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Restaurant, theater, gift shop and market are all on property and can be walked to. Hotel is on the east border of Sugarcreek, about 9 miles from Berlin. A short drive but reasonable.

No maid service. We had to put towels in the hallway to get clean towels, and had to request the soap/shampoo etc and toilet paper at the front desk. It was delivered to our room and they were very nice about it, but it is the first time I ever had to ask.

The hotel was beautiful and our room was quiet and very clean. The Dutch Valley Restaurant and Ohio Star Theater was just a short walk away. All in all, it was an enjoyable time. I highly recommend staying here.

This was the first time that my daughter in law and I stayed here. When were going for a girls trip. When we pulled in, It was beautiful. We picked the perfect time to go. The Christmas trees and lights lite everything to make it more inviting. I loved that we could eat at the restaurant next door and shop at the market. The food was great and the staff was cheerful and pleasant. I will defiantly go again.

My husband and I have stayed at the Carlisle SugarCreek before and have never been disappointed. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious. This time it was decorated for Christmas and was very beautiful. The breakfast is very good and we also enjoyed the free popcorn and cookies provided in the evening. Many shops close early in the area so having the gift shop on the grounds (as well as the market, restaurant and bakery) is very handy.

Beautiful property, loved the christmas decorations which made it feel rich and like home. Room was very comfortable, enjoyed the spaciousness of the executive suite Nd the relaxing jetted tub. Pool area was clean and well kept, breakfast was delicious, and the late night snacks were an added bonus. We will definitely be making a return trip!

We were suppose to have free Wi-Fi but because we were on the 4th floor no service. We were told to come down to the 2nd floor it is better there??? Also 4th no ice machine. Again go to another floor but no discount on the 4th floor for not having the same perks as the other floors?

The room was comfortable and spacious. We missed having the Carlisle's delicious cinnamon rolls for breakfast. Also, the Market closed at 5:00. Far too early for guests who want to pick up something for the evening.

Beautiful place to stay. Everyone was so nice and friendly other then one lady where you buy Gatorade she wasn’t very nice but maybe she was having a bad day. I would definitely stay again. Loved the pool didn’t close until midnight.

My friends and I had a very nice stay at the Carlisle. The rooms were spacious and inviting. The common space on the second floor was great and we took advantage and played cards there. We were disappointed that we didn't have more time to spend in the library reading. It was a beautiful space. We would love to return for another visit.

Always clean! Great breakfast and nice country views! The rooms are very spacious with two sinks, large mirrors, and a balcony. Coffee maker in room plus coffee always available in lounge. Cookies and popcorn in the evening! Walk across parking lot to theater and shopping.
