The Monmouth Inn is always a treat to stop at when we’re coming too and from the beach. The staff is always very kind and hospitable, the breakfast is outstanding along with the breakfast staff, the grounds are quite remarkable to walk through accompanied by the many kind cats of Monmouth, all of the rooms are so unique and beautiful to stay in, and the front desk staff are always so welcoming and inviting. For each stay, we’ve gotten a different room and it’s always so exciting to see where on the grounds we end up. Each room has its own story. It’s like a storybook comes to life. If you’re looking to add a unique and memorable experience to your trip, this is the place to be!

Everything was 5 star. The food was great. The staff was great. The historical aspect is what made it worth it. The bed could use some attention. The mattress was new but it wasn’t comfortable to us.
