Breakfast Buffet was excellent. Parking convenient. Housekeeping didn't provide washcloths, had to ask on two different occasions, but we're provided immediately. The hotel was safe and security really good. The location was perfect, and centrally located. I would stay there again even though I was looking for a place with a pool.

Wonderful Staff, Good Location, but the Hotel Needs Some Love
Novotel is very well located, clean, and comfortable overall. However, the property is starting to feel a little dated and could definitely benefit from some renovation and extra attention to bring it back to its full potential.
The real highlight of this hotel is the staff. They are truly the heart and soul of the property. Everyone I encountered was extremely polite, welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful—from the reception team to the restaurant staff and even the chef preparing eggs at the breakfast station.
It’s the people who make a hotel experience memorable, and the team here certainly did that for me. With some updates to the property, this hotel could be excellent.
Bravo to the entire team for the wonderful hospitality!
