This hotel is not the spot to be at! False advertisement it was a whole hour from the Airport It wasn’t near anything my husband and I were in Mexico frfr… Nothing is in the area Miami Beach and the airport is far far away. There is nothing by the hotel.

it's a nice hotel but it didn't meet all my expectations. When I first arrived at the hotel front desk people wasn't friendly, we got to out our room so we unfolded the sofa bed but I realized the fitted sheet was dirty and had stains which is not good at all, the I call front desk to see if they could get me linen but they said we had to go downstairs and get it at the front desk. Towels was another issue they would only give you 4 jo more than that is ridiculous.

Yall need more staffing the bar lounge . The wait for food is soooo long . That poor man was mandrills and cooking. The food seemed to be microwave food that was overpriced.. I should have door dashed but we was hungry . Great spot for the cruisers tho. Just don’t go during spring break . The room must have been a default room the shower curtain/ glass was missing. I work hard for my money don’t play with me like that. Staff very friendly but they definitely need more people . I’m travel blogger so i will give a full review later

Very clean. Good breakfast. Felt more luxurious for the price. They had a pre check in that made it really fast to get into a room after a late arrival. I was worried about it being next to an airport but we didn’t hear a thing.

The employees were very attentive and courteous, all were bilingual. From the beginning they clarify that cleaning is done every third day, however, on the third day we left the room late and it was not cleaned even though we posted the announcement for it to be cleaned.

They never cleaned the room even after being asked. The shower did not work, and I had to clean the tub myself with my own products. After asking for the bathroom to be cleaned especially that the shower did not work

It’s a very nice hotel. Good location for quiet and safe, but not many places to walk to. The rooms were very nice, but one big problem was the shower being wide open, no door or curtain. It is by design, but doesn’t work very well, you can not avoid getting lots of water on the floor. I don’t understand. They need to fix that.

Check in was not greeted with a smile but distain. Room was fine and clean. A/C made a constant high pitched whine that would go on and off all night. Shower controls were janky, shower head leaked. Towels were rough, not soft especially the hand towels. The gym was in total disarray, most equipment non functional. Breakfast was better than most and this I give high praise.

This stay was all about peace and thats exactly what the hotel gave. The front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. There buffet style breakfast was great fo getting my day started. I was told the cleaners comes every three days but she knocked on my door almost daily. Overall, it was a great experience and I will be returning.

Stay was nice. Only 1 night before a cruise. The only bad thing is we arrived before noon, check in is noon. Room was available, but wanted to charge $25 to check in early. RIDICULOUS.

Room 601 has the loudest most annoying ac I have ever heard! Could not sleep. Area is to industrial. I guess for a 1 night pre cruise stay it’s just ok. Not worth what I paid!

There for 3 nights with 4 people and housecleaning did not enter the room even once. Garbages were not emptied and dirty towels never picked up. We kept having to ask for clean towels.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is a little older but everything was clean and worked well. Service was excellent. Lovely and friendly ♥️ comfortable bed and I would stay here again… about 20 min drive from Miami airport. Standard breakfast fair and it’s removed promptly- we enjoyed!

There is no manager or supervisor onsite for issues. They gave me a connecting room after waiting 4hours for a standard king room. Secondly they provided keys to another customer that entered my room while I was sleeping. Thank God I had the latch on the door. The pillows on the bed were not clean. I requested new pillows and they never came.

It was a good location for our schedule and plans. The beds are comfortable. Here's what I didn't like: 1-Air conditioning is loud and feels hot or cold, no in between. 2- The shower control is HORRIBLE! The water is only very hot, to somewhat hot and there's no way to get cool or cold water, other than a small trickle that's still lukewarm and weak. 3-The light on the left by the bathroom mirror is almost burned out, very dim. Your face is half light, half dark 4- The safe doesn't work, the door locking mechanism won't move. 5- Only 2 bath towels.

The property is very run down, needs maintenance. Wifi signal was terrible, had to use phone hotspot for my laptop. Hotel restaurant was closed for lunch & dinner, breakfast was limited and frankly, not very good.

This hotel used to be amazing years ago. Now the front desk attendants are not kind of friendly at all. The mattress seem so old and used that are really kind of uncomfortable/ icky to sleep in. Overall the bathrooms are clean. The bedrooms AC make unstoppable noice and leaks water (ours had a disgusting cup to collect the water from the leak probably had been there for a long time because it was brown). The rooms are cleaned every 3 days even if you ask for them to be cleaned sooner they respond “it’s not included” (very weird and inconvenient for families). Breakfast is not what it used to be, but it’s eatable. I hope they improve because this hotel has a special spot in my heart. All the memories we made in this place and how good it used o me.
