Simona at the front desk went above and beyond her call of duty. We asked her a question about an issue that we had. She immediately got on the phone with related agencies and took care of it within minutes. What she was able to do would have taken us (travelers from another continent) hours and may be days. We really appreciate her stepping up and got things straightened out for us so we could continue our trip without a lingering issue.
Convince location and a gated free onsite parking is a plus.
The room needs a little work.

Molto bella e pulita
Poca privacy
