Welcoming and helpful staff, quick and easy check in and check out. Nice room, convenient location.
Pillows were very uncomfortable. Also, both times after room cleaning no hand towels were left. I asked for it on 1st occasion and a member of staff were very nice and gave it to me straight away. But 2nd time I didn't have time to ask for a towel so didn't have it

Very clean and the staff wjere really helpfull . Onċy 10 min away by car to the Allianz stadium was perfect for the match. Anf also 10 mins away from the city center and the airport

liked that the room was clean and decent
The air conditioning was terrible and clearly outdated. The heat pump blew dusty air, and I’m certain the filter wasn’t clean. Both my friend and I left feeling sick, so maintenance definitely needs attention
