La camera era molto pulita ed accogliente. Dotata di tutto il necessario. Pulizia della stanza e cambio di asciugamani quotidiano. Ottima posizione, vicina alla stazione ed a tutte le attrazioni principali da visitare, raggiungibili a piedi. Nelle immediate vicinanze, bar, pizzerie, panifici. Consigliato!!

The rooms were old. Didn't have enough bedding. The bed was broken. The hotel froze my money on the card and has not blocked it for a month. I will never stay here again, unfortunately.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the station, and wasn’t expecting it to be so comfortable. I had to leave before breakfast, so can’t comment on that, but the welcome was warm, the bed comfortable, the shower worked and the room was a decent size. I would definitely stay here again. Great value for money

Me tuvieron que cambiar la habitación por que era muy ruidosa y no le funcionaba la calefacción. Lo hicieron pronto y bien.

Excellent value for money. Fantastic location just in front of Porta Nuova. Close to train station, Metro and bus station. Also within walking distance to all the main attractions! Rooms are cosy and comfortable and are kept incredibly clean by dedicated staff. Reception staff was always ready to help with every question.
