I love Martina, she was wonderfull. She doesn's speak english and i don't really speak iatalian but we made it work or if it was urgent one of my italian friends called and that always worked out. She was so nice, very sweet lady who cares. Her cat is also a great bonus with his beautifull eyes. Even when there were problems she solved it, i will return. Mertina, se leggi questo, la prossima volta che sono a Torino beviamo qualcosa. Ciao
I dont really know if any of the facilities apart from the room, bathroom and cleanyliness is true. I jhad breakfast with Martina once (which was great), but if there is a pool, i don't know. The gate was tricky but Martina always helped.

Martina's lovely old apartment is about a 5 minute walk from the railway station (the "Stati Uniti" stop with tram 4 is even closer if you have heavy luggage but you cannot buy a ticket on the tram). It is 2 floors up from a side access so there is absolutely zero traffic noise. The keys (provided in my case by the concierge on the ground floor) gave access to the outer street door, the building door at street level and to the apartment. The lift is modern and roomy. I was given a most spacious and elegant room with a balcony opening onto a quiet area with some greenery. Martina arranged a simple breakfast for me at possibly the oldest patisserie in Turin, just a few paces away. Martina herself was very approachable.
I hadn't realised that the bathroom (spacious) would be shared.

I like the hotel being very close to the center, the lady is quite nice and the breakfast at the bar was incredible.
The bathroom wasn't extremely comfortable and lack of curtains in my room was a bit challenging for my sleep

Martina was very welcoming even though there was a language barrier. Nice Italian experience. Good value for money.
