It’s a lovely traditional old house, but with that comes a few downsides like no elevator and a lot of stairs. Difficult with heavy luggage, but Sarah and Faith at reception were beyond helpful and helped me get up the stairs with cases. The staff were fantastic.
There’s nobody on reception between 10pm and 7am. The breakfast room is closed during these times, so if you want a hot drink it’s not possible. No tea and coffee making in the rooms.

Good location for us visiting family in Durento. Able to find a car park space on the road. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast, little close together.
Shower a bit dated, the slide rail bracket would not lock. Bedside lights are a little bright.

Great staff. Very helpful.
The hotel is a basic 2 star not a 3 star. Room was basic. Taxi rides back into Turino every time so was very expensive.
