First and foremost, the staff were super proactive and helpful when there was a problem with my door lock was jammed and the door wouldn't lock (I arrived at around 11.30pm, and the reception had left self-check-in instructions). I called them, and the way they dealt with it quickly and efficiently (by changing rooms) really turned around what could have been a bad situation. Thanks very much to the staff!
In terms of location, it's about 40 mins by foot out from the city, but the metro stations are nearby. The room is comfortable too, and the breakfast was pretty good.
The furnishings in the room are pretty dated, which is why the lock on my door had been broken. Also lots of scuffs on the wall / broken skirting boards / loose window fittings etc. This makes sense with the price, but is a space for improvement in the hotel.

The hotel is ideal for the train stations which is why we stayed here for an overnight stay travelling between Turin and Paris we used the metro for the stations and the tram for the city. The hotel was clean and comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful the breakfast was delicious. We were able to store our luggage in reception before our afternoon train to explore the area and found a market to wander through.

Very nice staff, safe parking, good breakfast
Wi-fi works only in common areas, we had no connection in the room. The room was overall clean, but in the bathroom there were some not clean spots. There was no remote to the AC.
