Simply the best, most comfortable stay in Miami for a gsy man. From the central yet quiet location of the property, to the over-the-top helpful and friendly staff, the Gaythering is #1 in my book. Plus... it's amazingly affordable!

Enjoyed my stay here. Staff were great. Loved the drinks at the bar. Sauna, a plus. Close and convenient. If you stay here, check out Joliet as well. Really good food. Oh, and treat yourself with a massage from one of their resident therapists. Only issue is it can get pretty loud at the bar, especially on a Friday night. But I wouldn't mind staying again in the near future. Woot!

I had the worst time trying to rest and relax. My first night with you guys, around 2am, noise non stop from the courtyard woke me up and kept me up all night. My second night the noise started around 10pm, which made it impossible for me to sleep, I texted the number you gave me for assistance twice and no one ever responded. I was so tired the morning of 12/25 I just packed up and left, I let the front desk know about the issues. I was charged to stay and check out the morning of the 26th. Could not rest, so checked out a day early. Not a very good stay for me since I had gone to Miami for rest and relaxation. You can contact me at 214-505-6294 for additional comments. Really enjoyed my stay, great location walking distance to shops, cafes, beaches (walk or bike). Comfortable room, nice facilities. Staff looked after me, had a great time at the sauna and would love to return for another stay one day.

Very noisy with thumping music all night!! No sleep! Had to leave a day early to another hotel and pay again because of the noise!! No TV programming only streaming and black mold noticed on AC vent. Never again!!

I love stay here whenever I visit Miami. Actually this is the only place I stay when in South Beach. The workers are awesome and so kind.

This was my fourth stay at this property. I sent in a request to have my room on the top floor. Right away I received an email from the general manager Matt saying my request was put in the system. When I arrived at The hotel early at 11: 00am the general manager Matt had my room ready for me and it was on the top floor and the view was incredible overlooking Biscayne Bay. This hotel is at the very end of Lincoln road by Biscayne Bay away from the tourist area and easy walking distance to restaurants on Lincoln road and to the beach. The general manager Matt and his staff are doing an incredible job. This hotel is a slice of paradise with five star service at an amazing price.

It takes a while to figure out the white board system. The staff here doesn't know much about the area around to give recommendations. Parking is way too expensive for the premium price of lodging.

This hotel was a get away for the weekend as a solo person trip. The staff was so accommodating and welcoming. It truly was a place to call home for the LGBTQ community. I did also try their spa ( was my first time , ever ) so it was interesting to say the least. I will for sure return and the location you cannot beat. Wish there was a pool and a gym, but begged cant be choosers.

I like the ambient of the hotel, very unique. Great ammenities. My only critic is that the staff refuses to speak spanish even though the majority is latin. Find it rude, sepecially when guests are from Latin America.

Small boutique hotel which caters primarily to adult gay males. Could not get local television stations. Also the evening activities in the small bar and patio areas attracted many of the neighbors. Great location and felt safe walking around at all hours near the hotel.

Had a great stay at the hotel! The location is quiet, residential, and safe. Very easy to get to downtown Miami or South Beach by car or there is free trolleys, very cute. Breakfast options are amazing. The room was big and cool. Staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. Great nightly fun activities at the hotel bar.

Was perfect for a get away weekend. The bar is cool the room was spacious, and had enough room for a closet or dresser with drawers , but the room had neither. The spa was active.
