Very close walk to “downtown” Kona - there’s a little shopping area, restaurants, the ocean. Plenty of parking. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast. This was the perfect spot for just a night prior to our day of departure after we had been touring the whole island for several days.

This Holiday Inn was well worth it, Free Breakfast, Friendly Staff and very clean. Pool Gym Vending Machine. Rooms was very big with 2 beds and a pullout couch/bed. Sink refrigerator microwave. Reserved parking!

Basic motel. good location, close to waterfront and the Trolley. Relatively cheap by Kona standards. Decent breakfast included in price. No view on lower floor. Good shower and comfortable bed, clean.

Front desk staff turned normal hotel check in into a travel agency experience and drew us a running course for the morning! She was so sweet!

The cost of the room was expensive, but hey it’s Hawai’i. We needed the room for just one night as our flight arrived late. Hotel was fine, just not worth the money we paid.

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. They staff all had smiles. The breakfast staff did an amazing job keeping up wirh everything. The pool was cleaned every morning. It was very clean at the hotel

We had an early flight, so we were unable to enjoy the breakfast that was included in our room price, but it looked as if it would have been very good. A very pleasant employee did allow us to get yogurt, fruit and coffee before we left.

This place is not a marquee hotel on the beach, but it is convenient to all you want to do. The rooms are clean the breakfast was included. The staff was very good. The only down fall I see is a advertise free parking and did not provide free parking.

Only reason for the unperfect stars is because our unit smelled like mold. Not sure if it actually had mold, but it sure smelled like it. Nice facility and staff though.

The hotel was new with no wear and tear visible anywhere, and the location is ideal especially for Ironman. Everywhere is easily walkable in a few minutes. The staff is truly exceptional, everyone from the front desk, the breakfast servers, to the chamber cleaners were friendly, informative and helpful. I will return here and give it my highest recommendation.

Older property that could use some updating, BUT it was very clean, staff was really great, breakfast very good, pool and hot tub clean and well maintained. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, 1 block walk to beach. I would stay there again.

Second year stay and the rooms are not completely clean. The third floor seems to be neglected from a deep cleaning. Beds and counters are okay, the rest of the room is skimmed over without a complete cleaning.

The staff were amazing. Friendly and positive. Only downside is the breakfast. Almost everyday I had to ask for cups. There weren’t frequent check in food level. Yet you could see them laughing in back. Variety would have been nice by the time I left I felt like I never wanted to see eggs again. The food didn’t taste bad it just didn’t taste good. Overall great! Nice room

The staff was so accommodating and attentive. The housekeeping was done poorly. Took dirty towels and didn’t replace them. Toilet and floors were dirty for 3 days even after requests. I don’t think the floors were swept. We had a 2-week stay and kept getting sand in the bed because the floors were filthy.

ROACHES, ROACHES, ROACHES, its 300 a night, and not something I wish to deal with or bring back to my home. While the place is not overrun during the day, if you cut on a light at night to use the restroom, they go running. I loved Hawaii but will not stay here again. Also the front desk goes unmanned quite a bit and you need to yell to get folks out the back room. Very expensive guest Laundry as well.
