The hotel is a great place to stay. It is not the top of all hotels but the price, food and service are great! I have stayed here two years in a row and I plan to come back next year. Everyone was so helpful.

Basic hotel in a safe area. As per other reviewers the breakfast was great and plenty options for everyone. On the same note the lack of blankets was an issue for us ona double bed with only one blanket. I’m sure every place will have their problems.

Fabulous buffet breakfast, good restaurant and very good service. Great location - one of the best areas of the city. Only a few blocks’ walk to a very nice shopping mall - Pátio Savassi Mall. This is my second stay here at Hotel Vivenzo.

Concierges are very rude, rooms are dirty We ask for extra pillows and blanket and they didn’t provide it , only friendly stuff was parking guys outside, hotel are very basic for the price and location

Not one of the best beds I have slept on in recent hotels and there was hair on the shower wall. But great breakfast, staff and great location as well as price. Although I do not like to pay extra for parking at a hotel.

The hotel is great and the service is impeccable. We arrived on the city at 07h00 and the hotel accepted an early check in, offering also a breakfast without any extra cost. I truly recommend it for those who are seeking good services and prices.

It was quite chilly and there were no blankets or comforters, I required but never received. Ckin was a joke, arrived 1:45 pm, they would not give me a room until 2, as per regulation. Even though I pointed it was a VIP access hotel, providing “early ckin”, but no: had to wait 15 minutes. Sheets and towels of extreme poor quality. Had to schedule time for breakfast, which is reasonable due to the pandemic, but when you come in they inform you only 30 minutes are allowed, and there is a line a very few staff to serve you. Never, never, never will stay in this dump again. Elevators extremely slow and staff is not friendly or proper trained. Holiday Inn is across the street: strongly recommend to stay anywhere else.

I am from Belo Horizonte.and it was my first time staying at this hotel,and for me is one of the best hotel in the city thus far. • Very clean • Quiet • Good staff • Excellent location Good job!!!!

I got to the property and it was completely dirty! The bed still had old sheets on it, I’ve then requested to get a refund because I was not going to stay there in the state that it was. They said they were going to be refunding me for three rooms that I had originally made the reservation for, however they never did! This is a horrible hotel and I would not recommend it to anyone

My stay was great!!! I've been to this hotel before and it is always a pleasure. They have great rooms and the dinning area is very comfortable. The attendants are very well trained and helpful.

O Hotel está bem cuidado, tanto os quartos quanto as áreas comuns. O restaurante é bom, tanto para o café da manhã quanto para o jantar. O estacionamento é amplo, mas bastante difícil de acessar com carro grande, pois as curvas são estreitas e tem muitos pilares, mas a diferença é o Sr Gomes, responsável por recepcionar os motoristas que desejam acessar o estacionamento! Homem gentil, cordial, prestativo!

The hotel was prepared for the pandemic ! They had free masks, alcohol gel etc . The Hotel stuff Continues to clean the elevators. Lobby, all the doorknobs.... The food was superb ! Free breakfast buffet with an excellent variety of fruits and cheeses. I ordered for dinner “ Caldo de Mandioca” ( Yuca soup) and was absolutely delicious ! I recommend this hotel if you are looking for simplicity and exceptional quality hotel !

Hotel was alright! Room was very small. No table to work, if you have to work during your stay. I understand that during the Pandemic time there should be special precaution, but I reckon this hotel has outdone it to the point that it was not very personal.

The hotel is well-maintained and there is always an English-speaking person at the front desk. Room service is very slow, however. You’re better off going to the dining room and asking that your order be packed for you.

Needs paint. Needs extra towels. Shower was awesome, strong pressure, but why on earth they closed the drain??? It flooded all over the room into the corridor. Not having more than one towel in the room was a disaster.
