I had an amazing three-night stay at this hotel and it was a great experience. It was very clean and luxurious. It was the quietest room I’ve ever stayed in; there was no noise from the corridors, and the air conditioning was super quiet. The views from the room were stunning and the binoculars provided were a great touch, which we used every day for ages looking at the many landmarks. The Sauna and pool on level 52 are a must, and we were lucky enough to book a time when it was empty.
Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Given the price, I expected a real treat, but the cooked food was dried out and shriveled from the hot plates. I would suggest that, since guests have to order their eggs through the server, they should offer a plated breakfast to keep the food fresh. The juices and fruit were nice, so we ended up sticking to those. That said it didn't ruin our stay and we would definitely stay again.
