I don’t like the price of an Embassy Suites but the service, comfort, cleanliness, and convenience of them makes it worth it. The rooms seem small for what it is. But the rest of the hotel makes up for it. I’ve never done laundry at a hotel before either but this Embassy Suites was convenient and the washers didn’t smell like really strong detergents (like you’ll find at laundromats). Breakfast was not only delicious, but the staff were constantly refilling items and making sure we were taken care of. We did have to pay for parking here, which was inconvenient. But we only stayed one night, so I didn’t let that bother me. We would definitely stay at this one again.

We have stayed at this property before so booked again. This will be our last trip to this property! Check in was good and a friendly young man assisted us. Our room was freezing and showed 60 degrees. After 1/2 hr of trying to get it turned up, I called the front desk. The lady said to force it higher which I told her was not working!! She said she would call maintenance. Two hrs later we were freezing and had not heard a word from maintenance or the staff. Another call and a different staff member answered. He somehow checked our heat status and said it showed it was set at 60 degrees for wifi. He asked if we could force it to increase and I told him we could not. At least he offered to bring a space heater and said he would set it to 72 remotely. He also said he would have maintenance come check on the thermistat. He brought two space heaters and we started warming the room. A few minutes later, power went out in our room. Another call to the front desk and they called maintenance. It took awhile but fuse was reset and we got power. The maintenance guy came and replaced the thermostat and approx 3 hrs later, we had a resolution. The other issue that we want to note is the bathtub plug. It did not hold water for an actual bath nor did it drain fully when taking a shower. This was an incredibly frustrating stay!!! This info was shared upon checkup as well. At no time was there an offer for a discount on our stay. We will not stay or recommend this hotel ever!

We have stayed here several times. This will be our last. Now charging for parking, 12.00 is ridiculous!! Breakfast was horrible. Eggs with cheese were stone cold, bacon tasted old. Our room had crumbs, and smelled like stale smoke in the bed. So sad its gone downhill so badly.

They do a great job with their breakfast buffet, pool was warm. Room service staff was nice. Would’ve been a ten if the bedskirt wasn’t so disgusting.

The hotel is beautiful but the room was so dirty. The floor was sticky, toothpaste in the sink, stuff in the fridge and when we went to use the pullout bed it had a dirty sheet with food all over it. Luckily there was a spare sheet in the closet. There was food all over the couch.

I usually don’t review hotels, but this was one of the best stays in recent memory. Everyone was fast and friendly. Breakfast was great. Not a fan of paying for parking so far outside the city, but the reception drinks balanced that out. I’ll go out of my way to stay here in the future.

Incredibly surprised by how amazing this hotel stay was. The staff was completely friendly and in addition, it was a clean, large and a comfortable space to be in. Not to mention the rooms were extremely high-end in my opinion. The breakfast staff wasn’t the friendliest, but I think it’s because we went during holidays and it was during the Christmas weekend so I won’t look into that too much. Thoroughly enjoyed it and so did my family. I think this is where I will be staying next time I come.

Hotel lobby, dining, and guest areas were beautiful and clean. Staff was professional and friendly. Dining experience was excellent. Gym was clean. Our room had a slight odor, nothing specific, just seemed like a lot of people had stayed there without it ever being deep cleaned. Drapes, carpet, and shower curtain smelled. Coffee maker was broken, bathtub was chipped and had mildew on grout, could use an update. Stains on doors, walls, and kitchenette cabinets. Pool was freezing cold, and "jacuzzi" was a corner of the pool with jets but same cold water.

The checkin and checkout people were great. We had to call for one forgotten thing, and they were able to help us right away. The breakfast was good. (Only suggestion is that your sign are too high above the omelet bar area.... almost missed it!)

It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, the staff was friendly. Very disappointed inthe evening reception. Very scant compared to what we have had in past stays. I paid for 4 people. There were no sheets, blankets, or pillows for the hideabed. I had to call twice and finally had to go to the office to get them.

The room was very nice. My only complaint is the heat was not very powerful so it consistently felt cold in the room despite the thermostat being set to 70. The room temp never reached that.

This is our go to every time we're in the area. Close to restaurants, shopping, Top Golf. Pet friendly is a plus. Great staff. Amenities are spot on.

The room was adequate, dont really like the sliding door for the bathroom as it tends to make alot of noise and isnt lockable, but otherwise great. The continental bteakfast was outstanding and staff was very friendly

Rooms were very nice, staff was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The only thing I would suggest is to have several towel hooks in the bathroom to b able to reuse our towels. We opted to call for housekeeping while there and did have to keep asking for dry towels. We are a party of 6. 2 adults 4 kids. After swimming, we would shower. Could have saved energy by being able to hang our towels up for another use. Oth, the stay was excellent.

Let me start off to say, I’m not a picky customer, but there is a standard that Embassy Suites should uphold, which is why we ALWAYS choose them. So, the staff was kind, hotel cleanliness was on point! But Do not eat at the restaurant - we’re not busy by any means (we were the only second party there) they got half our orders wrong, forgot to make 2 of our orders, brought out an extra kids dish by their mistake and then charged us for it, we sent back a burger that was ordered with no cheese and received back the same burger with the cheese scraped off. The food was 5 star pricing, but 1 star food. No soap in the rooms, the bed was leaning so bad my husband and I had the worst nights sleep ever at a hotel, breakfast was mediocre at best, even my children wouldn’t even eat the sausage. I am very disappointed in this Embassy Suites Hotel property.

Lady at front desk Sunday morning was rude had her AirPods in and good not hear you speak Sat night tried to get room service as was advertised in my room until 9 pm called at 745 and was not available as staff went home so don’t advertise it if it’s not going to be available

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. I ordered room service for dinner one evening and it was quick, delicious, and reasonably priced. I stayed in a King Suite. The layout was fantastic, the room was quiet, the view was nice, and the bed was very comfortable. The location is convenient but also tucked away from traffic noise and business. If I tried to find something to complain about, I couldn't. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved everything about this place. Truly a hidden gem!! We did dine at the restaurant instead of going out and did regret that. The food was expensive and just not that great. We don’t mind paying but we expect it to be good and it just wasn’t. For example, I got Alfredo pasta and they served me white cheddar Mac and cheese. Actual twist noodles for almost $20. Dine out but definitely stay here. We loved it and will be back soon!!

This was by far the best Embassy Suites I've stayed yet. Staff was very friendly, hotel was extremely clean, excellent breakfast buffet and hotel was quiet. Rooms and bathrooms were very spacious.

We really liked our room on the 6th floor. Our wishes for a quieter end of that floor were accomplished. The cleaning people respected that we only wanted 1 bed changed in the 5 nights we stayed. Cleaning crew...very polite...very efficient and respectful. Front desk crew: very polite...pleasant. Must make this next point known: Why, oh, why do you promote your "so called" restaurants chef and his menu? You even have large easels by the elevator with beautiful photos of a couple of dishes prepared by him or her. Why promote your restr. food so grandly, then, NOT have a legitimate dining experience...in person, downstairs...off the lobby for your patron's. That presentation of the food is NON EXISTENT. Are you saving money by not keeping a waitress/waiter or two till the restr. closes to save that money? Because..seriously...the so called "dining room" is a joke...sorry, but, it is. A mere partition separates it from the patronized bar area. They send the waittress home at 8:00 p.m. because your supposedly "fully occupied" hotel has no patrons to serve downstairs. My husband and I were patrons...our first night. We were told to go to the bar area to be served. The taxed and very polite bar tender was running from behind the bar to several tables to take dinner orders and then back to make drinks. The food was decent...but, not served in a classy manner. Come on Hilton, you can do better than that. Sincerely, the Fishers.
