This was a lovely clean place to stay where they went above and beyond what was expected.
The room was clean, relaxing and had everything you needed and it was great to have the shared kitchen and living room to use as needed. Even though there was troubles with the A/C staying on, they were happy for me to switch to a room where the A/C was working well. The great thing was they were nice enough to offer me rides to well recommended restaurants and to even get bread for toast in the morning. Nothing was a trouble and when I was not leaving until 6pm but had to check out in the morning, they allowed me to come back in the afternoon, get changed and wait until my taxi arrived.
Well worth the stay while in Kochi if you are looking for great location, a clean place and great hosts!

The guys at Fort Beach looked after us like we were family, lots of great advice and even cooked us breakfast!
Rooms were clean and well maintained, the apartment itself is great for a place to plan and relax.
Close to everything, although hard to find! A sign on the street and at the building entrance would help.

Some initial problems with missing room key
Moved to another room unable to sleep due to faulty air conditioning noisy motor.Things settled down when we got our room key 2 days later. Still enjoyed our stay.
