Clean and comfortable stay.

Clean property and friendly staff. Breakfast was good.

The swimming pool was extremely dirty. I had selected this property also for the pool. A major letdown.

Excellent property, food must improve

The hotel is a charming little place. The staff is friendly and very prompt. They helped my mum with a room on the ground floor so she can avoid the stairs and even allowed us an early check-in. The property has a motor boat so we went boating on Vembanad lake for 2000INR.

The only (but huge) disappointment was the food. breakfast was passable but lunch and dinner was barely edible. They had only 4-5 items on the menu to begin with but even that wasn't cooked well and tasted very bad. They didn't serve basic stuff like an iced tea or cold coffee. So my recommendation would be to stay here (I'd definately come back for a second visit) but eat elsewhere in Fort area.

Would love to visit again

Liked everything about the place the room hospitality the surroundings the waterfront is even better than the pictures Has a different aura to it altogether Soothing Silent The washroom is also beautiful Just amazing and so comfortable to stay

The food-Pathetic Cant say enough but food is horrible U hav breakfast included in an over 4500 rs room u assume its obvious it wud b nice and variety would be there Its on waterside ya fine but there s hardly any breakfast options..got only fruits and juice Had to order for dosa one day wch was amde from the same appam batter and the weird stew they gave for poori aloo and then travelling for so long on an empty stomach to wait only till lunch at my own conference was horrible both days

Find out the location is very difficult . I din't get food on hotel i always by food from Zomato best part is that hotel restorent suggest me if you like eat good food order on Zomato hahahaha

Exceptional

The staff were very attentive and helpful. Food great. Being on the waterfront , there’s plenty of big vessels, fishermen and boats. Fun walking around the Old Fort area. Litter in the streets in some places.

The room we were allotted was clean, bright and spacious! The location is great as it's midway between the Jew town and fort kochi !

The breakfast seemed to be a bit of a struggle due to understaffing issues. Food was average and took too long.

Very good

The waterfront location is good and the view from the room overlooking the water is lovely. The staff was very kind, and accommodating finding us taxis to and from the airport at night and early morning. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. The place is beautiful with many antiques and it's a great place for taking good pictures.

There were rats in the attic who were making noises at night. Breakfast could have been better.

If you dealing directly with them, I feel will be better

Staff are really good especially the Reception personnels....and they go out of the way to make the customer happy despite the shortfalls of the property

Superb

Rooms were good , spacious and clean . Staff was friendly . The breakfast seems lacking but overall the ambience and the quality and the staff makes up for it .

Overall a hotel with a great museum-like ambience with lovely sea view.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel is practically a museum with many artifacts. The room was large with a four poster bed. Very comfortable mattress.

The hotel was undergoing maintenance so there were signs of ongoing repair works. The biggest issue was lack of parking as the hotel in the middle of a market. You have to park on the side of the road. The hotel does provide pick up by boat from Willingdon Island, but that is not always convenient.

good stay.

the property is nice and clean. the deck is very nice to relax. though the sea is not clean and stinks a bit. rooms are well maintained and great. staff is very polite and helpful.

the location is bit of a problem. it is a bit away from fort Kochi and the street outside is very commercial. walking is not very pleasant in the area.

Have your commute while here - Food is bad and rude staff. You might want to have food outisde.

Hotel under renowation - never informed. Food is BAD. If you complain they will fight with you. They will say they would not charge but eventually will make you pay for it while you checkout. Very very unfriendly staff. Theyy need to learn a lot to be better. Parking is near to impossible as it is in a crowded street. Front side of the hotel is pathetic. it is a narrow street. The rear view is something you need to die for.

Happy Happy and definitely worth a second visit

The staff..They are really hospitable. Especially Arun and Annie with whom we had most of our interactions. The ambience was excellent.

Swimming pool was under maintenance which we did not know in prior.
