Breakfast was whatever you asked for really and delightful.Food overall was excellent.Staff were brilliant.Pool was great.Rooms are spacious and comfy

My only wish is that there were more choice in wines and maybe some of the up and coming Indian vineyards

A truly special hotel – 10/10 Old Harbour Hotel was one of the highlights of my stay in Kerala. From the moment I arrived, I felt that this was much more than just a beautiful hotel. There is a warmth, soul and atmosphere here that is quite rare. The historic design and architecture are absolutely beautiful, and everything feels carefully chosen without losing the character of the old building. The lush green garden, the plants, the flowers, the beautiful scents and the peaceful surroundings create a little oasis in the middle of Fort Kochi. I loved simply sitting in the garden and enjoying the atmosphere. The food was excellent throughout my stay – fresh, beautifully prepared and delicious – and dining in the garden in the evening was a wonderful experience. But what really makes Old Harbour exceptional is the staff. Everyone I met was genuinely warm, kind, attentive and welcoming. The service felt personal and natural rather than formal, and I felt very well taken care of throughout my stay. It is the people who give this beautiful place its heart. My room was full of character and charm, and the whole hotel has the kind of atmosphere that makes you want to stay longer. It feels peaceful, intimate, elegant and alive at the same time. I have travelled extensively and stayed in many hotels around the world, but Old Harbour is one of those rare places I know I will remember. 10/10. I would return without hesitation – and I hope I will.

We had been traveling around Tamil Nadu and Kerala for 3 weeks when we came to Cochin. It was late in the day. We were exhausted from a 7 hour car journey. It was raining and hot. From the moment we walked through the door the atmosphere, welcome, support and help was fantastic. We immediately felt at home. With two resident dogs and cats this place felt like home. It was elegant and modest in it's approach to it's hospitality. The garden and pool was beautiful. The architecture was beautiful. The food was wonderful. The room very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The staff were always at hand. Helpful and friendly. I felt it was well priced too. We had such a lovely time in Cochin. It's a city that is easy to like but the Old Harbour definitely helped. I highly recommend staying here.
